C20Pro Smartwatch Guide
This document provides a comprehensive overview of the C20Pro smartwatch, its features, and how to use it.
Watch Client Download
To download and install the watch client, scan the QR code provided. The client is named 'Da Fit'.
Menu Styles: The watch offers various menu styles including: Sliding horizontal line menu, Jiugongge menu, Honeycomb menu, Flat Menu Style, Rudder Menu Style, Full Moon Menu Style, New Moon Menu Style, and List menu style.
Full Touch Controls
Slide down: Access the control center.
Slide up: Check messages.
Slide left: Navigate to the main function interface.
Slide right: Access the express center.
Button Functions
POWER key:
- Press short: Turn on/off or return to the dial interface.
- Long press: Turn the device on or off.
SPORT key:
- Press short: Highlight the screen, enter the main menu, or return to the previous interface.
- Press: Enter sports mode.
Watch Charging and Activation
Activate the watch by charging it before first use. The magnetic charger attaches to the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a 5V/1A USB charging head or a computer USB interface.

Connecting the Watch
- Open the mobile client and set personal information.
- Navigate to the device page and tap 'Add Device'.
- Select your device from the list of scanned devices to complete the binding process.
To identify your device, go to Watch-Settings-About and check the MAC address. After successful binding, the watch will automatically connect to the mobile phone when the client is opened, and data can be synchronized by pulling down the client data page.
Dial Setting
Press and hold the dial interface for 1.5 seconds to switch between different watch dial styles. After Bluetooth connection, you can access 'APP-Dial Selection-Custom Dial' or 'APP-Dial Selection-More Dial Selection' for more options.
Daily Data
The watch records daily steps, walking steps, calories burned, and exercise duration. More detailed data is available in the mobile app.
Sleep Monitoring
Track and display total sleep duration, as well as the duration of deep sleep and shallow sleep. Detailed analysis is available in the mobile app.

Heart Rate Monitoring
Ensure the watch is worn one finger width above the wrist bone and fits snugly to prevent light leakage for accurate heart rate detection. Remain stationary during measurement. The current heart rate value and status throughout the day can be viewed. More details are available on the app.

Take Exercise
Access the exercise interface to track activities such as walking, running, riding, skipping, badminton, basketball, football, swimming, climbing, tennis, golf, yoga, fitness, and dancing. Detailed records are available on the mobile app.

Blood Pressure Monitoring
Wear the watch snugly, one finger width above the wrist bone, to avoid light leakage for accurate blood pressure measurement. Remain still during the process. The current blood pressure and data from the last seven times can be viewed, with more details on the app.

Blood Oxygen Monitoring
For accurate blood oxygen readings, wear the watch tightly on the wrist, one finger width above the wrist bone, to prevent light leakage. Remain still during measurement. The current blood oxygen value and data from the last seven times can be viewed, with more details on the app.

Weather
The weather interface displays the current temperature and a forecast for the next six days. Weather information requires a connection to the mobile app. If the connection is inactive for an extended period, updates may not occur.

Camera Control
Connect to the mobile app to use the watch as a remote shutter for your phone's camera. Press and hold the camera control on the watch to trigger the phone's camera shutter.

Music Control
Control your phone's music player via the watch. Play/pause music, skip to the previous or next song, and adjust the volume.

Alarm Clock
Set up to 8 alarms on both the app and the watch. When an alarm time is reached, the watch will display an icon and vibrate.

Message Push
Receive and display notification pushes and incoming call reminders from your mobile phone. You can also refuse calls. The watch can store the last 5 message records.

Other Functions
The watch includes additional functions such as breathing exercise, pressure detection, stopwatch, timer, do not disturb mode, power-saving mode, brightness adjustment, vibration settings, factory reset, shutdown, and an option to download the app via QR code.
Sedentary Reminder
Enable the sedentary reminder in the app. If you remain seated for 1 hour, the watch will prompt you to get up and walk.

Relaxation Mode
Choose decompression and sleep aid modes. Adjust your breathing rate following the on-screen animation to achieve relaxation and aid sleep.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't you wear a watch to take a hot bath?
High temperatures and water vapor during bathing can affect the watch's performance.
Why can't the bracelet receive message push?
For Android Phones:
- Ensure the message push switch is enabled in the mobile app.
- Verify that messages are displayed normally in the phone's notification bar. The watch receives pushes by accessing these notifications. If there are no notifications on the phone, the watch cannot receive them. Ensure notification settings for apps like WeChat, QQ, phone, and SMS are enabled in the phone's settings.
- Enable the watch's accessibility settings.
For Apple Phones:
- Confirm the message push switch is turned on in the mobile client.
- Ensure mobile phone messages are displayed normally in the notification bar. Check and enable notification settings for WeChat, QQ, phone, and SMS in your iPhone's settings.
FCC Warning
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with Class B digital device limits under Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. The device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used per instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. No guarantee against interference in a particular installation is provided. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to try correcting it by:
- Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
- Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connecting the equipment to an outlet on a different circuit than the receiver.
- Consulting a dealer or experienced radio/TV technician.
Caution: Unauthorized modifications may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
