Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why are notifications for QQ, WeChat, etc., not appearing on the watch?
- A1.1: Ensure notifications are enabled for the relevant apps in your phone's notification bar. The watch receives notifications by reading your phone's notification bar. If a message isn't in the bar, the watch can't display it.
- A1.2: Open the Da Fit app, go to the device settings, tap "Message Reminder," and enable the switch for the applications you want to receive notifications from.
- A1.3: Ensure the watch remains connected to your phone via Bluetooth.
Q2: How do I unbind (disconnect) the device from my phone?
- Android Phone: In the Da Fit app, go to the "Device" page, tap "Unbind," and confirm.
- iPhone:
- In the Da Fit app, go to "My" > "Device Information" and tap "Unbind."
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Find your watch in the list of devices, tap the info icon (ⓘ), and select "Forget This Device."
Q3: Why does the Bluetooth connection with Android phones disconnect frequently?
- A3: To maintain a stable Bluetooth connection, the Da Fit app must run in the background. Android system memory management might close background apps. To prevent this, disable battery optimization for the Da Fit app or add it to the system's "green background" (protected apps list).
Q4: How is the weather forecast temperature updated?
- A4: For weather updates, ensure the following:
- The Da Fit app has been granted location permissions.
- Your mobile network connection is stable.
- The Bluetooth connection is active.
