Assembly Steps
- Prepare the Base: Lay out the base panels on a protected surface. Insert dowels and cam bolts into the designated holes as shown in the diagrams.
- Attach Side Panels: Connect the side panels to the base using the provided screws and cam locks. Ensure a snug fit.
- Install Support Beams: Attach the central support beams using the specified bolts and allen key.
- Assemble Drawer Box (if applicable): Follow the diagrams to assemble any drawer components.
- Attach Lifting Mechanism: Carefully attach the gas spring lifting mechanism to the bed frame and the headboard support. Ensure the correct orientation (L for left, R for right).
- Secure Headboard: Attach the headboard to the frame using the provided hardware.
- Install Slats: Place the bed slats onto the support frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Final Checks: Verify all screws and bolts are tightened. Test the lifting mechanism gently.
Important Safety Information
- Do not allow children to play with or climb on the bed.
- Ensure the mattress weight does not exceed the specified limits (see diagram for weight capacities by size).
- Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts when operating the lifting mechanism.
- Do not place heavy objects on the bed when the lifting mechanism is engaged.
- Always ensure the bed is on a level surface before use.
