Getting Started
Step 1: Download the App
Scan the provided QR code or search for "Starfit" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download and install the companion application.

Step 2: Register or Login
Open the Starfit application and either register as a new user with an email address or log in to an existing account.

Step 3: Enable Connections
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. For Android users, GPS and Location services must also be turned on for proper connection.

Step 4: Measure and Pair
Navigate to the 'Measure' screen within the app and step onto the scale. The application will automatically pair with the scale and record your measurements.

Troubleshooting
Why my App cannot connect with my scale?
- Ensure your phone's network connection is stable.
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled and that GPS & Location are allowed for Android systems.
- Confirm the scale is powered on during the pairing process.
- If connection issues persist, please follow these steps:
- You may have previously denied authorization requests. Please reinstall the app, accept all authorization prompts, and log in again to verify the connection.
Troubleshooting Specific Measurement Issues
Why I cannot check my body fat rate?
Correct Usage: Measure with bare feet. Do not wear shoes or socks.

Sensor Contact: Ensure your bare feet make proper contact with the metal sensors on the scale.
Measurement Duration: Stand on the scale for at least 5 seconds to allow for complete measurement.

Why my scale is inaccurate?
Surface Placement: Ensure the scale is placed on a firm, flat, and level surface. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces like carpets.
