Product Introduction
Thank you for choosing Shenzhen Xinchen Zhilian Technology's products. This product is an intelligent wireless microphone designed to provide professional-level recording output. It is plug-and-play, requires no APP, and offers versatile applications for live streaming, video VLOG shooting, program interviews, interview recording, and video teaching.
The product comprises three parts: the charging case, the microphone transmitting end, and the receiving end.
Charging Case Features:
- Digital Display: Shows the power level.
- Charging Port: Type-C charging input.
Important Note: The product does not support fast charging. Please use a 5V/1A power adapter for charging. Exceeding the rated power can cause malfunctions. A power adapter is not included.
Transmitter (Collar Microphone) Features:
- Microphone Clip: For attaching to clothing.
- Microphone Indicator Light: Shows connection status.
- Radio Microphone: The main microphone unit.
Indicator Light Status:
- Power On: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds.
- Not Connected: Ice blue light flashes.
- Connected: Ice blue light is always on.
- Noise Reduction: Triple-click the button to switch between leakage and default noise reduction.
- Mute: Double-click the button to mute; double-click again to restore.
- Charging: Ice blue light flashes once, then stays on.
Receiver Features:
- Mobile Phone Interface: Directly plug into a mobile phone for use.
- Indicator Light: Ice blue light is always on when connected.
Note: The receiver does not require separate charging. If the mobile phone's battery is low during use, it can be charged directly through the receiver's interface.
Indicator Light Status:
- Power On: Plug in the device.
- Power Off: Unplug the device.
- Search for Matches: Ice blue light flashes.
- Pairing Successful: Ice blue light is always on.
Note for Specific Phone Brands: If some mobile phone brands cannot connect normally, please go to settings, search for "OTG", and turn it on. If a protective case is used, the receiver may have poor contact; remove the case and try again.
OTG Function Activation: Mobile phone settings > OTG > Turn on (or search for "OTG" in settings and turn it on). For some phones, navigate to Settings > Sound and Vibration > More Sound Settings > Default Recording Device > External Device.
How to Use
(1) How to connect to a mobile phone to record audio/video
- Long press the transmitter (collar microphone) to turn it on.
- Insert the receiver into the mobile phone to complete the connection.
- Turn on the default noise reduction mode, then open the phone's camera or shooting APP to record audio and video.
(2) How to connect to mobile phone live broadcast
- Take out the transmitter charging case and turn it on.
- Insert the receiver into the phone to complete the connection.
- Switch the transmitter to the desired effect, then open the live broadcast APP on the phone to start live broadcasting.
Note: Due to system limitations, some Android phones may not support external device recording. Some Android phones (approximately 2%) may have incompatible built-in cameras, requiring the download of apps like Douyin Beauty Camera. If the microphone is blocked from obtaining audio permissions in a video shooting APP, this is not a microphone quality issue; please contact the mobile phone brand.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why can't I record normally when connected to a mobile phone?
- Check if the connection indicator lights of the microphone and receiver are on.
- Ensure the microphone has sufficient power; charge if necessary.
- Update your mobile phone's operating system (Settings > My Devices > Check for Updates).
- Enable the "OTG" function and external recording device settings on your phone.
- Remove the phone case for better receiver contact.
- The microphone cannot record for the camera APP that comes with the device?
- Some Android phones may require downloading third-party camera apps.
- Check and grant audio permissions for the microphone within the app settings.

Precautions
- Disconnect the charger and turn off the machine before cleaning.
