Components

  • 1. Solar panel: Converts solar energy into electricity.
  • 2. LED source: Luminous component.
  • 3. Microwave sensor: Detects object movement.
  • 4. Light arm: Fixes the solar panel.
  • 5. Screws (M6x16mm): Used to fix the light arm.
  • 6. Safety rope: Prevents lamps from falling.

Installation

Note: The luminaire is in sleep mode as a factory default setting. It will wake up automatically after 10 seconds of charge under sunlight.

Installation Steps

  1. Step 1: Lamp arm installation. (Skip this step for the 18000lm model).
  2. Step 2: Adjust PV tilt angle. Unscrew the screws, adjust the angle, then screw the screws back in.
  3. Step 3a: Adjust LED light Angle. For 5000lm, 8500lm, 12000lm models.
  4. Step 3b: Adjust LED light angle (±8°). For the 18000lm model.
  5. Step 4: Install on pole. Mount the unit onto a pole with a diameter of Ø60~Ø70mm. Torque specifications are provided for securing the unit.
  6. Step 5a: Installation with safety rope. For 5000lm, 8500lm, 12000lm models.
  7. Step 5b: Installation with safety rope. For the 18000lm model.

Application Notes

  1. Solar panel orientation: In the Northern Hemisphere, the solar panel should face south. In the Southern Hemisphere, it should face north.
  2. Installation location: Choose a sunny place that is not shaded by trees, buildings, walls, etc., to ensure the solar panel receives maximum sunlight for charging the battery.
  3. Temperature specifications: Product storage temperature: -10-60°C; Charge temperature: 0-45°C; Discharge temperature: -10-60°C.
  4. Weather resistance: This product can withstand a Class 14 typhoon. Storms above Class 14 may damage the product.
  5. Storage duration: The products can be stored for up to 6 months. If storage exceeds 6 months, it is recommended to re-charge the product in bright daylight.
