Benefits of Portable Infrared Sauna
Vital Energy for Healthy Living
Convenient for Busy Schedules: The Portable Infrared Sauna provides microcirculation benefits similar to jogging with just fifteen minutes of daily use.
Efficient Energy Absorption: The sauna cover is coated with a unique reflecting material, enhancing the absorption and internalization of energy by the body.
Safe FIR Energy: The Far Infrared Ray (FIR) energy produced by the sauna ranges from 4-14 microns, which is compatible with the human body, promoting safe energy absorption.
Wide Conduction and Absorption: FIR energy is absorbed by water molecules, proteins, and organic molecules, facilitating widespread conduction throughout the body, benefiting cells and internal organs through resonance and absorption.
Anti-Aging Benefits
Enhanced Cellular Vibration: The Portable Infrared Sauna helps molecules in the body vibrate more vigorously, increasing blood circulation. This allows cells to absorb nutrition and oxygen more effectively.
Historical Evidence: In Japan, warriors used hot spring baths to heal wounds faster after battles. This tradition supports the benefits of FIR Energy in reactivating healthy cellular functions.
Blood Vessel Dilation: The sauna dilates blood vessels and opens skin pores, promoting relaxation and mental peace.
Improved Blood Circulation: Enhanced blood circulation helps cells absorb nutrition better, improving muscle and skin elasticity. This process helps prevent wrinkles and makes the skin more lustrous.
Kidney Support: By improving capillary circulation, the sauna reduces the burden on the kidneys, potentially helping to prevent kidney failure.
Beauty Benefits
Youthful, Glowing Skin: The Portable Infrared Sauna boosts blood circulation to the skin, which is crucial for maintaining beautiful, youthful, and glowing skin.
Additional Benefits
Cellulite Elimination
- Enhanced Sweating and Cellular Activation: The Portable Infrared Sauna promotes profuse sweating and cellular activation, effectively clearing away cellulite.
- Deeper Heat Penetration: It penetrates deeper into cellulite compared to conventional saunas, making it more effective in treating these tissues.
Slimming and Improved Appearance
- Reduction of Water Retention: The sauna helps discharge excess water from the body, aiding in maintaining firmness and body shape.
- Improved Blood Circulation: By enhancing circulation, it prevents excessive fat accumulation and addresses swelling around the waist, belly, and eyelids.
Outstanding Caloric Consumption and Weight Control
- Caloric Burn from Sweating: According to Guyton's Textbook of Medical Physiology, producing one gram of sweat requires 0.568 kcal. The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) notes that sweating off 500 grams in a sauna can consume nearly 300 kcal, equivalent to running 2-3 miles.
- Increased Sweat Production: The Portable Infrared Sauna generates 2-3 times more sweat than conventional saunas, significantly increasing caloric consumption.
- Weight Control and Cardiovascular Conditioning: It supports weight control and cardiovascular fitness, particularly beneficial for individuals who do not exercise enough or cannot exercise but want the benefits of regular physical activity.
Functions of the Portable Infrared Sauna
- Optimal Heat Emission: When the sauna box heats up to 140°F (60°C), FIR (Far Infrared Ray) materials emit 95% of their energy.
- Rapid Heating: It takes only 5 minutes to reach the constant temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- Cost-Efficiency: The sauna is low-cost to operate, making it economical for regular use.
- Effective Perspiration: Depending on the individual, the sauna can induce a perspiration volume of 500 cc within 10 minutes of use.
- Easy Setup and Cleanup: The sauna can be set up or taken down in just a minute. Cleanup is simple and mess-free, requiring only a wipe with a damp cloth.
