The NGTeco W3 Model is a professional time and attendance device featuring a fingerprint sensor, a color screen, and versatile connectivity options for efficient workforce management.
3. Device Installation
3.1 Mounting the Device
Select an appropriate location for the time clock. Use the provided mounting bracket and screws to securely attach the device to a wall or other suitable surface.

3.2 Connecting the Device
Connect the necessary cables to the device:
- Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC 5V input port.
- Network: Connect the LAN Ethernet cable for network connectivity.

- Exit Button: Connect the exit button for door release.
- Lock: Connect the electric lock for door access control.

4. Device Setup
4.1 Power On

5. User Management
5.1 Adding Users
To add new users, navigate to the 'User Management' menu and select 'Add User'. Follow the on-screen prompts to enroll the user's fingerprint, enter their employee ID, name, and any other required information.

5.2 Managing Users
Within the 'User Management' section, you can view, edit, or delete existing user records as needed.
6. Attendance Records
Access and review attendance logs directly from the device. Data can be exported for further analysis via USB drive or network transfer.

8. Software Connection
Connect your NGTeco W3 Model Time Clock to the NGTeco Time Management Software for centralized data management and reporting.
8.1 Network Connection
Ensure the time clock and your computer are connected to the same network. In the software, enter the IP address of the time clock device to establish a connection.
8.2 USB Connection
Alternatively, connect the device to your computer using a USB cable. You may need to install specific drivers for the device to be recognized by your system.

9. Troubleshooting
- Fingerprint Not Recognized: Ensure fingers are clean and dry. Try enrolling the fingerprint again for better accuracy.
- Device Not Connecting: Verify the network cable connection, confirm the correct IP address is being used, and check any firewall settings that might be blocking communication.
