Diagram Description
The diagram illustrates the Tow-Trust TFD12VK towbar assembly for the Ford Galaxy 2015 onwards. It shows a perspective view of the towbar structure, including the main crossmember (A) and side arms (B) designed to connect to the vehicle's chassis. Various fixings are depicted and labeled with letters corresponding to the parts list: 'E' represents M10 bolts and washers, 'F' represents M8 bolts and washers, 'G' represents M12 bolts, nuts, and washers, 'H' and 'J' represent different sizes of M12 bolts and washers, and 'K', 'L', and 'M' represent various sizes of flat washers. Arrows indicate the points of connection for these fixings. The detachable neck assembly (C) and the flip-up socket plate (D) are also shown. A separate inset diagram, labeled "BUMPER CUT", provides a cross-sectional view of the rear bumper area, indicating specific dimensions for modification: 215mm and 55mm are marked to show the extent of the required bumper cut. Key mounting locations are identified with 'X' symbols.
