AirBuds 8 User Guide
Product Introduction
This section provides an overview of the AirBuds 8 wireless earbuds and their charging case.
Components:
- Touch control: Located on the earbuds for interaction.
- Microphone: Integrated into the earbuds for calls and voice commands.
- LED digital display: On the charging case, shows battery status.
- Earbuds LED indicator: Lights on the earbuds indicate status.
- USB-C charging port: For charging the case.
Device Connection
Follow these steps to connect your AirBuds 8 to a device.
Method 1: First-time Pairing
- Open the charging case cover. The earbuds' LED indicators will blink orange and white alternately, signaling they are in "Pairing state".
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select "AirBuds 8" from the list of available devices.
- A connection prompt tone will play upon successful connection.
Method 2: Reconnecting or Pairing with a New Device
If the earbuds are already connected to a device:
- Click the "Touch" button on an earbud four times. The indicator will blink orange and white alternately, entering the pairing state. (Note: This function may not be available while making calls or playing music).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "AirBuds 8". A connection prompt tone will confirm successful connection.
Note: After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically switch on and connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case.
Control
i) Equipment Operation
- Power On: Open the charging case; the headphones will automatically power on.
- Shut Down: Place the headphones into the charging case and close the cover.
- Restore Factory Settings:
- Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode.
- Double tap and then long press for 5 seconds.
- When the white light flashes three times, the headphones have entered factory reset mode.
- Place the headphones into the charging case. Their status will be restored to factory settings. You can then open the cover to re-pair.
ii) Playback Mode
- Play / Pause: Double tap the touch control on either earbud (L/R). [▶️ / ⏸️]
- Volume Down / Previous Track: Single tap the touch control on the Left earbud three times. [◀️]
- Volume Up / Next Track: Single tap the touch control on the Right earbud three times. [▶️]
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Long press the touch control on the Right earbud for 2 seconds. [?️]
- Transparency Mode / ANC On/Off: Long press the touch control on the Left earbud for 2 seconds. [⚙️] (Note: ANC functionality may vary.)
iii) Call Mode
Incoming Call
- Answer a call: Double tap the touch control on either earbud (L/R). [?]
- Reject an incoming call: Long press the touch control on either earbud (L/R) for 2 seconds. [??]
Ongoing Call
- End a call: Double tap the touch control on either earbud (L/R). [?]
Switch to Different Calls
- Answer Call 2 (Call 1 on hold): Double tap the touch control on either earbud (L/R).
- Switch between Call 1 and Call 2: Long press the touch control on either earbud (L/R) for 2 seconds. [?]
- Reject Call 2 and hold Call 1: Double tap the touch control on either earbud (L/R).
Light Indication
The LED indicators provide information about the earbuds and charging case status.
- Charging Case LED Digital Display: Shows the battery level when the case is opened or closed.
- Earbuds LED Indicator: Illuminates to show status.
- Charging Box Low Battery (< 20%): The digital display flashes and then extinguishes after 10 seconds.
- Pairing Status: The earbuds' LED indicators blink orange and white.
- Power On / Power Off: The earbuds show a white light for 2 seconds, or an orange light for 2 seconds.
- Headphone Low Power Status: The earbuds' LED indicators show a quick double blink in orange for 5 seconds.
- Incoming Call: The earbuds' LED indicators show a quick double blink in white for 2 seconds.

⚠️ CAUTION: Do not use the earbuds at a high volume for extended periods, as this may cause hearing loss.
Answers for Common Questions
(1) The Bluetooth headset cannot be switched on.
Reason: The battery in the charging compartment is low, or the power of the Bluetooth headset is low.
Solution: Place the headset into the charging box, close the cover, and charge the charging box for at least 1 hour before use.
(2) The phone cannot search for Bluetooth headset.
Reason 1: The Bluetooth headset is not in the pairing state.
Solution 1: When the earbuds are already connected to the device, click the "Touch" button four times. The indicator will blink orange and white alternately, and the earbuds will enter the pairing state.
Reason 2: There are mobile phone Bluetooth program errors.
Solution 2: Restart the mobile phone's Bluetooth, clear all stored pairing data on the mobile phone, and then search for Bluetooth again.
(3) There is no sound from the headset speaker.
Reason 1: The volume of the mobile phone and headset is too low.
Solution 1: Turn the volume of the mobile phone and headset to maximum and confirm if it is caused by volume adjustment.
Reason 2: The Bluetooth headset is not properly connected with the mobile phone.
Solution 2: Reconnect Bluetooth and the mobile phone through pairing.
(4) The headset is not within the valid working range.
Reason: The Bluetooth headset is not within the valid working range.
Solution: Keep the headset within 10 meters of the mobile phone, ensuring there are no large objects, walls, or other obstacles between the headset and the device.
(5) The headset doesn't send messages or the voice is low.
Reason 1: The Bluetooth headset is too far from the mouth.
Solution 1: For normal use, the Bluetooth headset should be worn on the ear.
Reason 2: The microphone hole of the Bluetooth headset is blocked or has water ingress.
Solution 2: Remove any blockage from the microphone hole or prevent water from entering it.
(6) The headphone gets stuck or disconnected when talking or listening to music.
Reason 1: The Bluetooth headset is too far from the mobile phone or there are obstacles.
Solution 1: Keep the headset within 10 meters of the mobile phone, ensuring no large objects or walls are between the headset and the device. Be careful not to cover the Bluetooth headset with your hand. To maintain stable signal, try to keep the Bluetooth headset and the mobile phone in the same direction.
Reason 2: There is a problem with the Bluetooth signal of the mobile phone or there is strong signal interference nearby.
Solution 2: It is best not to place the mobile phone close to metal objects. You can also try another mobile phone or a different location.
Reason 3: The power of the Bluetooth headset is insufficient.
Solution 3: Please charge the headset as soon as possible.
(7) There is no sound in the headset during a voice call, and the sound comes out of the mobile phone.
Reason: The headset is operated during a voice call or call.
Solution: Turn off the mobile phone's Bluetooth and then turn it on, or place the headset into the box, close the cover, turn off the headset, and then open the cover. The headset may not support connecting or hanging up voice calls directly. If a voice call is active, please manage it via the mobile phone.
(Note: Currently, the headset only supports incoming calls from GSM cards, not app network calls.)
(8) After the headset is put into the box and the cover is closed, the headset is not disconnected.
Reason 1: The charging box is completely dead.
Solution 1: Charge the charging box.
Reason 2: The headset is not put into the box properly, and the communication between the headset and the base is abnormal.
Solution 2: Re-open the charging box, take the earphones out, and place them back into the charging box correctly. When the earphones are properly seated, the charging column on the charging box should light up, and the charging box cover can be closed.
Reason 3: The charging box is damaged.
Solution 3: Replace the charging box.
Attention
- Please do not disassemble this product yourself.
- Use a standard charging cable and adapter to avoid damage and accidents.
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning detergents to clean this product.
- Avoid product usage in the rain and keep away from heating or fire.
Maintenance
Follow these suggestions to prolong the product's working life:
- Keep the product dry and avoid placing it in damp locations, which could affect internal circuits.
- Avoid product usage during intense sporting or in sweaty conditions, as sweat infiltration can cause damage.
- Keep the product away from direct sunlight or high temperatures, which can shorten the working life of electric parts, cause battery damage, or deform plastic components.
- Keep the product away from intense vibration and impact from hard materials to prevent internal circuit damage.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference, and
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
