Bluetooth Connection
Using dual earbuds mode
After taking out “NC1” Earbuds from the charging case, both L&R earbuds will turn on automatically with voice prompt “Power on”. Soon after, L&R earbuds will pair automatically, and the R earbud LED indicator will blink red and green.
Using single earbud mode
If you only take out one earbud from the charging case, it will turn on automatically with voice prompt "Power on”, and the LED indicator on the single earbud will blink red and green.
Connect with your smart device:
When you hear voice prompts “Power on”, after connected, R earbud LED indicator will blink red and green. Activate your smart device's Bluetooth and search “NC1”. Choose and click "NC1", then you will hear "Connected” voice confirmation.
Start to enjoy music after you finished the above steps.
Operating
Earbud Controls Overview
The following describes the functions of short presses and press-and-hold actions on the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds. Note that some functions are specific to dual or single earbud mode.
Left Earbud Controls:
Answer an incoming call: Single click
Reject an incoming call: Long press for 2 seconds
Hang up a phone call: Double-click
Voice Assistant (Dual Mode): Long press for 2 seconds
Play/Pause Music: Double-click
Previous Song: Triple-click
Decrease Volume: Short press
Right Earbud Controls:
Answer an incoming call: Single click
Reject an incoming call: Long press for 2 seconds
Hang up a phone call: Double-click
Voice Assistant (Single Mode): Long press for 2 seconds
Play/Pause Music: Double-click
Next Song: Triple-click
Increase Volume: Short press
Active Noise Canceling (ANC): Hold for 2 seconds (not supported in single mode)
Power On/Off
As soon as you take out earbuds from the charging case, earbuds will turn on automatically. Putting earbuds back into the charging case will automatically turn off earbuds.
Note: Normal mode is the default mode when earbuds are turned on.
Answer/Hang up/Reject Phone Call
To answer an incoming call, click L or R earbud once.
To reject an incoming call, long press 2 seconds on L or R earbud.
To hang up a phone call, double-click L or R earbud.
Voice Assistant
In Dual Mode: Long press 2 seconds L earbud to turn on voice assistant.
In Single Mode: Long press 2 seconds R earbud to turn on voice assistant.
Play/Pause Music
When playing music, double-click L or R earbud to play/pause music.
Last Song/Next Song
When playing music, triple-click L earbud to return to the previous song, or triple-click R earbud to advance to next song.
Decrease/Increase Volume
When playing music, short press L earbud to decrease volume, or short press R earbud to increase volume.
ANC (Active Noise Control) Mode
In normal mode, hold R earbud for 2 seconds to turn on ANC. (ANC is not supported in single mode)
Charging
Please use the provided charging cable to recharge your earbuds with charging case. Charging case LED indicator will light up green when charging.
After earbuds are fully recharged, all four LED indicator lights will remain on without blinking.
Charging Case LED Indicator Status
The charging case features four LED lights that indicate the remaining power level:
●○○○: 1%~25% Power
●●○○: 25%~50% Power
●●●○: 50%~75% Power
●●●●: 75%~100% Power
When the earbuds are fully recharged, all four LED indicator lights will remain on without blinking.
Reset
As soon as you take out your earbuds from the charging case, long press R earbud for 10 seconds until the red LED indicator on R earbud blinks 5 times, it is now ready for pairing.
Put the R earbud into the charging case again and then take out both earbuds from the charging case, you will hear earbuds are in pairing mode when voice prompt “Power on" is heard.
After earbuds are paired, R earbud LED indicator will blink red and green, then you can start using your NC1 Airbuds.
