Important Safety Information

WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock

  • For indoor use only in dry locations.
  • Do not exceed capacity.
  • Do not use timer with devices that could have dangerous consequences due to inaccurate timing, such as sun lamps, heaters, etc.
  • Plug directly into receptacle.

NOTICE: No user serviceable parts.

Setting the Time of Day

To set the time, turn the dial clockwise until the arrow points to the correct time of day.

The WHITE window indicates AM.

The DARK window indicates PM.

Manual Override

To temporarily override the current timer setting, turn the Manual Override Indicator Wheel on the side of the timer one click.

  • GRAY = outlets switched OFF
  • WHITE = outlets switched ON

Setting the Program

Follow these steps to program the timer:

  1. Plug the lamp or device into the timer.
  2. Ensure the lamp or device is switched ON.
  3. For each GREEN (ON) and RED (OFF) tripper, push the tripper out from the center of the dial.
  4. Slide the tripper around the dial to the desired ON or OFF time.
  5. Push the tripper in toward the center of the dial to engage it.
  6. Leave any unused trippers in the OUT position to store them.

Security Feature

For a "lived-in" look, you can set the Variable ON/OFF switch on the side of the timer:

  • ON = Varies ON/OFF times by ±15 minutes.
  • OFF = Standard operation (times are precise).

Timer Outlets

The timer features two heavy-duty grounded outlets that are both timed simultaneously.
