Installation
The camera is designed for wall mounting. It is recommended to install the camera at a height of approximately 2.6 meters. Standard configuration accessories are needed for installation.
Preparation for Use
To prepare the device for use, you need to download the companion app. Search for and download the "11Cam" app from major application markets or by scanning the provided QR code [QR Code]. You can also download the MOES App from the App Store [App Store] or by scanning its QR code [QR Code].
Data top-up is available within the apps. In the 11Cam APP, data can be paid for directly. In the MOES APP, you need to scan a QR code [QR Code] to pay for data. It is essential to purchase data to use the machine normally.
Adding a Device
- Open the 11Cam APP. Click the "+" icon on the top right corner of the "HOME" page and select "Add Device".
- Select "QR code for camera" to add your device via QR code. Scan the QR code [QR Code] on your phone with the camera. When you hear a prompt tone, click "I Heard a Prompt".
- Connecting Device: Ensure the camera device is near the router. After successful addition, click "Done". You will then be taken to the home page. The screen shows the 'Smart Camera For Outdoor...' interface with options like Playback, Gallery, Theme Color, Night Mode, Anti-flasher, Motion Detection, PIR, and Siren.
How to Reset/Re-pair Code
Press and hold the device reset button for several seconds until the camera starts to beep, then release it.

Warranty Instructions
Thank you for purchasing the product. The warranty for products listed on the warranty card is granted as follows. To utilize the warranty, you must comply with the following terms and procedures:
- Products are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase by a retail customer.
- To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must present: a) The warranty card, b) Proof of purchase (VAT invoice, financial receipt, or other document confirming the actual date of purchase), unless the purchase date is indicated on the warranty card.

The warranty does not cover:
