Description of the product
CI48-250 (Y7-83642)
Product Category: Unequipped enclosures and cabinets
Eaton's all-insulated Ci power distribution enclosures are designed to meet stringent requirements and offer a consistent system for up to 1600 A. These enclosures provide an IP65 degree of protection and are insensitive to almost any environmental impact such as dust, moisture, and water. The enclosure is made of Polycarbonate, making it shock-proof and resistant to acrid smoke. The cover rests on four spring-loaded fittings for stability, supported by stable carrier-frame profiles. Captive, foamed sealings enhance reliability, while wedge-type connectors made of insulating material interconnect the enclosures seamlessly. The system includes transparent covers and is suitable for applications up to 1600 A.
