1. Product Overview
The Smart Watch XWATCH 3 PLUS features the following components:
- Button: Functions include power on/off, back, and changing watch faces.
- Touchscreen display: For interaction and viewing information.
- Heart rate sensor: Located on the back of the watch.
- Charging contacts: Metal contacts on the back for charging.
2. Charging and Activating
Please fully charge the watch to activate it before first use. Connect the original or standard charging cable to an adapter or USB port on your computer. Ensure the magnetic charge port is aligned with the metal contacts of the watch.
3. Powering On/Off & Pairing
Press and hold the power button on the side to power on or off. The startup logo will appear on the screen, and the watch will vibrate when it turns on, indicating it has entered pairing mode.
4. Installing the My Health App
For the best experience, it is recommended to use the My Health App for iOS and Android devices. Scan the provided QR code or search your phone's app store to download and install the My Health app. After installation, sign up and set your personal information following the on-screen instructions. Devices need to support Android 8.0 and higher or iOS 11.0 and higher.
5. Setting and Pairing
- On the 'Devices' screen of the My Health app, tap 'Add' and select 'XWatch 3 Plus' from nearby scanned devices. Alternatively, tap the scan button in the upper right corner to scan the QR code displayed on the watch screen to pair the watch. For first use, you will need to grant certain permissions.
- Select 'XWatch 3 PLUS' from your device's Bluetooth list to connect.
Note: To remove the watch, you need to delete it within the app and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth list.
6. Using Your Watch
6.1 Swipe Gestures on Home Screen
Swipe gestures provide access to different functions:
- Swipe Down: Access Shortcuts and Settings.
- Swipe Up: View Notifications.
- Swipe Left: Access Activity, Heart Rate, Weather, Music control.
- Swipe Right: Access the Menu.
6.2 Clock Face
On the watch face interface, rotate the button to effortlessly switch between different watch faces. You can choose more watch faces from the My Health app.
6.3 Activity Tracking
Steps/Distance/Calorie: Displays the number of steps walked, distance covered, and calories burned throughout the day. Data is synchronized to the app in real-time.
Heart Rate: Automatically monitors and shows your real-time, highest, lowest, and the day's heart rate.
Blood Oxygen: Automatically monitors and shows your real-time blood oxygen level.
Sleep Monitoring: Shows your sleep duration (deep and light) and awake time of the day. Sleep data is only available when the watch is worn during sleep.
6.4 Communication
Phone Call: Make calls directly on your watch using recent calls, the dial pad, and contacts.
6.5 Training and Sports
Sport Training: Swipe right to enter the training menu. Swipe up to view and tap to enter different training modes such as running, cycling, swimming, skipping, table tennis, badminton, and tennis. After entering a mode, swipe right to pause or end the session. Swipe right to exit and return to the menu.
6.6 Utilities
Weather Interface: Shows the current weather, highest and lowest temperatures, and real-time temperature.
Stopwatch: Click the stopwatch icon to enter the stopwatch function.
Message Notification: Automatically displays incoming messages. Click the message icon to view the detailed message and swipe right to exit.
Settings: On the main interface, swipe down to enter the settings function. You can choose 'Find phone', 'Brightness adjustment', 'About', or 'Settings'. Click the icon to enter the corresponding function settings.
- Find the phone: In the connected status, tap the 'Find' icon. The connected phone will provide a vibration or ringtone reminder.
- Brightness Adjustment: Freely choose the screen brightness by clicking the brightness adjustment icon.
- About: Tap the icon to display the model number of the device and the last four digits of the Bluetooth address.
- Reset: Tap the reset icon to enter the reset menu and reset the watch.
- Power Off/Restart: Tap on the system screen to enter the menu where you can power off or restart the watch.
Other Feature Reminders: The reminder function requires enabling the reminder switch in the app and maintaining a Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the watch. Messages will be indicated by vibration.

Precautions

Battery Warning
The built-in lithium battery is forbidden to be disassembled, impacted, extruded, or put into fire. A battery under very low air pressure may result in explosion or flammable liquid or gas leakage. Avoid placing the battery in high-temperature environments or exposing it to strong sunlight to avert explosion. Do not use the battery continuously if it shows signs of ballooning. The battery shall be handled pursuant to local regulations and not disposed of as household garbage. Do not attempt to repair, remove, or refit the battery. An explosion may happen if the battery is replaced by an incorrect model. Do not compress or puncture the battery with hard objects. Battery leakage, overheating, or fire may occur if the battery is destroyed.
