FAQ
- Q: Why can't the earbuds pair with my smartphones?
- A: 1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on. 2. Ensure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on. 3. If the above points have no problem, put the earbuds back into the case, close the case, wait for 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.
- Q: Why does the music stutter or cut out?
- A: First, please ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone is not more than 33 feet (without obstacles). If the distance is more than 33 feet, please note the following: 1. Ensure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your phone. 2. Ensure there is no Microwave oven or transmitter around you, which may produce electromagnetic interference or cause signal interruption.
- Q: Why do the earbuds not charge and not disconnect from my phone even when put into the case and closed?
- A: Please make sure the charging case is not in low battery. If the charging case is in low battery, the earbuds cannot be charged and will not disconnect even if they are in the case. Please use a Type-C cable to charge the case fully.
