Connect
Step 1: Take out the earbuds. Earbuds auto power on.
Step 2: After opening the phone Bluetooth, click "N19" to Pairing.
Operation
Play/Pause
X2: Click Twice
Voice Assistant
X3: Click Three Times
Answer Call
X1: Click Once
Reject Call /Hang up
2S: Press and hold for 2 seconds
Power on/off
5S: Press and hold for 5 seconds
Switch Song
144 (Previous): Click Twice
++ (Next): Click Three Times
Adjust Volume
- (Volume Down): Click Once
+ (Volume Up): Click Twice
Reset
If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds.
- In the power-on state, quickly press the MFB button 5 times.
- Turn off the headset after hearing the "Power off".
- The reset will be successful after rebooting. (If the above operation does not work, please try again)
Problem Handling
- Cannot be connected but there is no sound: Click the headset to increase the volume.
- Headset cannot be charged: Clean the charging contact of the headset and the charging case.
- Headset cannot be connected: Reset the headset.
Activation & Warranty
Permanent replacement of damaged, defective item or missing components. Please activate via email below within 15 days.
Safety Instructions
- Keep the product away from extremely hot and cold environments, it will damage the battery and circuit.
- Avoid liquid immersion into the product.
- Do not disassemble the product.
- Do not use concentrated chemical products or detergents to clean the product.
- Use only 5V/1A power supply. Connecting the power supply voltage too high may cause serious damage.
- Do not randomly discard or place the product near fire or high temperature to avoid the danger of explosion.
Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures.
