- Press and hold specific buttons (e.g., "Up" and "On/Off", or "Up/Down" and "On/Off") simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds to access the service menu.
- Navigate through the menu using designated buttons (e.g., "SuperFrost", "Ventilation", "Light", "Up/Down").
- Select the "DemoMode ON" option.
General Deactivation Steps:
- Press and hold specific buttons (e.g., "Up" and "On/Off", or "Up/Down" and "On/Off") simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds to access the service menu.
- Navigate through the menu using designated buttons.
- Select the "DemoMode OFF" option.
Important Notes:
- DemoMode remains active until it is manually switched off via the service menu. It will not be deactivated by a power cut or disconnection from the mains.
- For fridge-freezers, always use the freezer compartment button for these operations.
- A notice sticker should be attached to the control panel when DemoMode is activated to inform customers that the appliance is in demonstration mode and needs to be switched back to standard mode before delivery.
- DemoMode must be switched off before the appliance is sold.
- The text "Demo" displayed on the screen indicates that DemoMode is active.
