Explanation of Markings and Symbols Used
Please observe the symbols and notes on the product and in the manual to ensure safe usage.
Purpose / Application
This electrical product meets the requirements of the EU, bears the CE mark, and has been tested accordingly.
Depending on the model, it can be:
- connected directly to the mains (230V, 50Hz),
- operated via an external device (e.g., power supply or converter),
- or used without a power connection (e.g., with battery or solar panel).
Safety
- Installation only by a qualified electrician.
- Regulations and standards must be observed.
- Damage due to incorrect installation is not eligible for claim.
- Do not make any modifications or additions to the product.
- Do not cover the product.
- Not a toy – children must not touch it during operation.
- Only use approved connection terminals according to EN 60998.
- For damp rooms or outdoor areas, use products with protection class > IP20.
- Before assembly: disconnect power (turn off fuse or operate switch).
- Products with protection class below IP68 must not be immersed in liquids.
- Avoid contact with oils, solvents, or aggressive chemicals.
Installation – Fixed Mounted Products
- Switch off power (230V).
- Drill holes and insert dowels or hooks.
- Securely attach the product.
- Connect cable to terminal block.
- Screw in light bulb.
- Switch power back on.
Installation – Portable Products
- Screw in light bulb.
- Plug the power cord into the socket.
Operation and Maintenance
- Clean only when the product is switched off and has cooled down.
- Do not allow moisture to penetrate electrical parts.
- Clean only with a slightly damp cloth.
- After cleaning: allow to dry completely before switching on again.
- Included light bulbs are for decoration and are not eligible for claim.
- When replacing:
- Wattage (W),
- Voltage (V),
- and socket must be identical.
- Maintain minimum distance to illuminated objects to avoid overheating.
