Troubleshooting
Unable to connect
- Separate the earbuds and turn on RY-WH04 until the indicator light blinks white and red alternately to enter pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and choose <RY-WH04> to connect.
- The white light of the RY-WH04 blinks every 5s when paired successfully.
Reset
- Separate the earbuds and turn on RY-WH04 until the indicator light blinks white and red alternately to enter pairing mode.
- Press and hold "+" and "-" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the pairing history and try connecting again.
