6. Cell Safety Performance
Intersection Detection: Standard charging cell fixed on a shaking table, vibrates along X, Y, Z axes for 30 minutes at 1.6mm amplitude and 10Hz~55Hz frequency (1Hz/min change). Requirement: No obvious damage, no breakage, leakage, smoke, or explosion.
Free Fall: After charging, cell is placed on hold for 0.5h-1h, then dropped from 1000mm height onto concrete slab. Tested in X, Y, Z positive and negative directions (six directions), one drop per direction. Requirement: No explosion, deflation, fire, leakage, or rupture. After the test, the mobile power supply shall work normally, and output voltage within ±5% Uout.
Constant Temperature and Humidity: Battery charged and placed in a 40°C±2°C, 90%-95% RH chamber for 48h, then at 20°C±5°C for 2h. Requirement: No deformation, corrosion, smoke, or explosion. Discharge time ≥ 45min.
Low-Temperature Property: Battery charged and placed in a -10°C±2°C chamber for 16h-24h, then discharged at 0.2C to 2.75V. Placed at 20°C±5°C for 2h. Requirement: No deformation, smoke, or explosion. Discharge time > 45min.
Flame Retardant Materials: Housing, printed board, and insulating materials must meet GB4943.1-2011 or GB 31241 flame retardant requirements (V-1 level). Burning time of cigarette butt shall not exceed 60s.
7. Test Environment Conditions
Unless otherwise specified, tests are conducted under standard atmospheric conditions: Temperature: 23°C ±2°C; Relative Humidity: 45%~75%; Atmospheric Pressure: 86 kPa~106 kPa.

11. Warranty Period and Product Liability

12. Matters Need Attention
- Do not charge the battery with reverse polarity.
- Do not charge/discharge with current exceeding specified limits.
- Do not short-circuit the battery to prevent damage.
- Do not disassemble or incinerate the battery.
- Do not solder directly to the battery.
- Extreme conditions (temperature, deep cycling, overcharge/discharge) may reduce battery life.
- Do not expose the battery to high temperatures, liquids, or corrosive environments.
- Manual disassembly is prohibited.
- If the charger has not been used for over three months, recharge it in the cabinet.
