The TIMEMORE BLACK MIRROR nano Coffee Weighing Panel includes the following parts:

The base of the weighing panel is labeled 'A'.

Button Introduction

The display includes the following indicators:

• 1 Timer/Flow rate: Displays time (Max. 59min 59s) or flow rate (Max. 99.9g/s).
• 2 Battery indicator: Shows the current power level. Charge when low.
• 3 Sound indicator: Indicates if the sound prompt is active.
• 4 Auto timing mode indicator: Shows if Auto timing mode is currently on.
• 5 Weight: Displays the measured weight (Max. 2 kg).

Button Functions:

• Flow Rate Button: Quick press to turn on Flow Rate display.
• Timer Button: Quick press to turn on or pause timing. Press for 1s to reset timing. Long Press for 5s to turn on/off sound. Quick press 3 times to cycle through Pour-over timing Mode, Espresso Mode, and Regular Mode.
• Standby/Tare Button: Quick press to power on. Quick press to Tare. Long Press to standby.

How to Use

Follow these steps for brewing:

1. Place your brewer on the panel. Wet the paper filter. Turn on the scale and quick press the Tare button.
2. Add ground coffee to reach the desired weight.
3. Tare again and quick press the timer button. Start brewing. The timer helps control bloom and pour timing. Quick press the flow rate button to check flow rate without pausing the timer.
4. When brewing finishes, quick press the timer button to pause timing. The scale will display your brewing data: Total brewing time and Total weight of water.

Pour-over Timing Mode

This mode must be activated from Regular Mode.

1. Quick press the timer button 3 times until an audible beep and the Auto Timing Mode indicator lights up.
2. After the countdown, the weight value will auto-tare, and you can start brewing. Timing begins when weight changes (recording is valid for over 40s).
3. Place a brewer on the panel and add ground coffee. Then, quick press the timer button and wait for a 3-second countdown.
4. If the brewer is removed, the timer stops and the brewing time flashes. Replace the brewer and quick press the timer button to resume weighing and timing. Quick press the timer button again to end recording. Long press the timer button to enter standby mode.

Espresso Timer Mode

This mode must be activated from Pour-over timing Mode.

1. Quick press the timer button three times to start Espresso Mode. The timer zone will display 'ESP'.
2. Place a cup on the scale; it will tare automatically. When coffee droplets land in the cup, timing starts automatically. The Auto-brewing mode indicator 'A' will flash slowly for 1 second.
3. When brewing is complete and the cup is removed, timing and weighing stop automatically, and the recorded values flash. The values then clear, returning the display to 'ESP' and '0.0'.

Notes

• DO NOT use a quick charger. Use a 5V/1A charger.
• Place the scale on a horizontal and smooth surface.
• Do not attempt to weigh while charging.
• Charge the scale after use, rather than waiting for the battery to die.
• The scale will shut down automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity when timing is off.
• Only the scale surface is waterproof. Prevent liquid from entering the gap between the shell and charging port.
• Uninstalling internal equipment voids the warranty.
• This device has a 1-year limited warranty. Dismantling or man-made damage is not covered.
• This scale is an accessory for coffee brewing only and is not legal for trade.
