Troubleshooting
Q: Why is the grind coarseness uneven?
A: First, ensure the bearing nut on the top is tightened. If it is loose, rotate it counter-clockwise to tighten. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
Q: The adjustment knob spins freely without changing grind size.
A: This may be due to the internal spring or burrs being stuck. Try holding the body with one hand and gently shaking the handle with the other until you hear a click, indicating the spring or burrs have been released. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to unscrew the retaining piece on the top bearing, remove the entire burr set, clean it, and reinstall it.
