Snapshot Replication, shared folder encryption, file compression, and other functions are not available for volumes exceeding 200 TB. Refer to the relevant article for more information and limitations.
- Up to 10 network interface ports can be added to the existing 5 ports. Refer to the compatibility list for the most current list of compatible NICs and Fibre Channel HBAs.
- Synology Active Insight is currently in Beta with all features available for evaluation. A subscription may be required for some functions once officially released.
- C2 Storage for Hyper Backup and Hybrid Share requires an annual or monthly subscription. A free trial is available for each newly registered device.
