General Safety

Warning: This appliance is designed to be used by adults. It is intended for normal domestic use. Do not use it for commercial or industrial purposes or for any purpose other than that for which it was designed. This will avoid material and personal risks.
Warning: When disposing of the appliance, and to avoid any risk of personal injury, render it unusable: cut the power cable close to the appliance, and obtain information from your local council services on authorized disposal sites.
Child Safety
The temperature of accessible surfaces can be high when the appliance is in operation. Keep young children away from the appliance during and after its operation.
Children under 8 years of age should be kept away from the appliance unless they are under continuous supervision.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance and understand the dangers involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Ensure they do not touch the controls.
Since packaging materials (straps, staples, polystyrene, etc.) can be dangerous for children, please gather and dispose of them immediately.
Connection
For installation instructions and electrical connections, refer to the following section of the manual.
Before connecting the appliance, check that the supply voltage indicated on the appliance's rating plate matches your electrical installation. Technical data and electrical connection conditions are indicated on the appliance's rating plate or nearby.
Safety is only assured if the appliance is connected to a protective earth socket in accordance with current standards.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a cable or special assembly available from your dealer or their after-sales service.
A means of disconnecting the power supply with a contact opening distance of at least 3 mm for all poles must be provided in the fixed installation in accordance with installation rules.
⚠️ Do not use extension cords, multi-way adapters, or plug adapters, as this could lead to overheating of the electrical connections.
Installation
For information on how to replace the lighting lamps, refer to the following section of the manual.
CAUTION: Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply before replacing the lamp to avoid any risk of electric shock.
The setting conditions for this appliance are indicated on the rating plate or label.
It is not intended for use in:
- Kitchen areas reserved for staff in shops, offices, and other professional environments;
- Farms and use by hotel, motel guests, and other residential environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments;
- Restaurants and other similar applications, except for retail.
Do not transform or modify the appliance's characteristics.
Use
Your appliance is intended for normal domestic use. Do not use it for commercial or industrial purposes or for any purpose other than that for which it was designed. Do not modify or attempt to modify the characteristics of this appliance. This would represent a danger to you.

Cleaning
Ensure that the control knobs are on the "0" position when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning or maintenance.
Never use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.
Do not use highly abrasive cleaning products or hard metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass, as this could scratch the surface and cause the glass to shatter.
Clean the appliance after each use to ensure correct operation.
There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the instructions.

I - DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The appliance consists of the following parts:

CONTROL PANEL
The control panel includes:
- 1. Cooking mode selection knob
- 2. Digital timer
- 3. Oven thermostat knob
Stop Position
Turn the knob to place the marker "I" in front of the selection mark "0" to stop the oven's operation.
SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES
Drip pan:
Can be positioned on 4 levels. It is used to collect cooking juices and fats. It is recommended to pour a little water into the drip pan beforehand to reduce smoke and facilitate cleaning after cooling.
Cooking grid:
Can be positioned on 4 levels. It is used to place dishes or other containers for cooking. Your dish should be centered on the grid.
Note: The accessory placement levels in the oven are indicated from 1 (lowest level) to 4 (highest level) for the rest of this user guide.

III - INSTALLATION
⚠️ Warning: The following instructions are intended for the qualified installer to carry out the installation, adjustment, and technical maintenance operations in the most correct way and in accordance with current standards.
IMPORTANT: The installation of this appliance requires the intervention of 2 people.
The appliance must not be installed behind a decorative door to avoid overheating.
A - Placement below the worktop

D - Unpacking the appliance and disposing of packaging materials
Remove all packaging materials from around the appliance, as well as protection elements located inside the appliance compartments.
- Cardboard packaging and paper sheets are recyclable. They should be disposed of in the designated collection bins.
- Other packaging elements (adhesive tape, ties, etc.) should be disposed of with household waste.

After unpacking the different parts, ensure the oven is in good condition. Do not use the oven if you have doubts about its condition, and contact qualified personnel.
Packaging components (polystyrene, bags, cardboard, etc.) must be kept out of reach of children, as they represent sources of danger.
E - Electrical connection
⚠️ Warning: Before connecting your appliance, ensure that the electrical voltage in your home matches that indicated on the appliance's rating plate. Technical data and electrical connection conditions are indicated on the appliance's rating plate.
⚠️ Warning: This appliance must be connected to the electrical network via a residual current device (RCD) with a minimum contact opening of 3 mm. This circuit breaker must be sized for the load and comply with applicable standards (the switch must not interrupt the earth wire).
⚠️ Warning: Do not use extension cords, multi-way adapters, or plug adapters, as this could lead to overheating of the electrical connections.
The power cable must be installed so that it never exceeds the ambient temperature by more than 50°C along its entire length.
Before proceeding with the connection, check that:
- The electrical installation can support the appliance's load (see technical characteristics table).
- The electrical installation is equipped with an effective earthing system in accordance with applicable standards.
- The socket or multi-pole switch is easily accessible once the oven is installed.
IV - BEFORE USE
Ensure that no packaging material remains in your appliance. These packagings must be sorted for recycling (See section: Unpacking the appliance and disposing of packaging materials).
To eliminate any residue or grease that may have been left during production:
Open the oven door and let it heat to 240°C for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven by turning the knobs to the "0" position and let it cool down.
⚠️ Warning: Ventilate the room during this operation to eliminate the smoke produced.
V - USE
Room Ventilation
When using the appliance, please ensure good kitchen ventilation. Keep natural ventilation openings open, or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical ventilation hood).
Intensive and prolonged use of the appliance may require additional ventilation, for example by opening a window, or more effective ventilation, for example by increasing the power of the mechanical ventilation if it exists.
A - Oven Use
Before cooking your food, it is recommended to preheat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn the program selection knob to the desired cooking mode.
- Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature (from 40 to 240 °C).
- Place the food in a dish and put it in the oven.
- Reposition the thermostat knob and the program selection knob to the "0" position to turn off the oven. The oven's indicator light will turn off.
? ATTENTION! Hot surfaces. The oven remains hot for some time. DO NOT TOUCH IT until it has completely cooled down.
