Meet Your Echo Hub

An introduction to the Amazon Echo Hub, a smart home control panel designed to simplify your connected living experience.

Before Mounting

This section outlines what is included for mounting and the tools you will need. It is recommended to have screws and anchors suitable for your wall type.

Wall mount
2x screws
2x anchors
Mounting template

Tools You'll Need:

Electric drill
Hammer
Spirit level or level app
Wall-safe tape

Tips for Mounting on the Wall:

Consider the height for all users, aiming for eye level.
Avoid drilling over studs, electrical wiring, or piping.
Unplug the device and keep it away from water before mounting.

Mounting Your Echo Hub on Your Wall

Level and Tape Template to the Wall
Use the included mounting template to identify the mounting location. Ensure the triangle cutout is at the top. Use a spirit level to ensure the template is straight before taping it securely in place.
Drill Holes and Install Anchors
Drill holes through the designated spots on the template. Remove the template. Gently hammer the 2 anchors into the drilled holes until they are flush with the wall.
Install Wall Mount
Align the wall mount with the installed anchors, ensuring the triangle cutout is at the top. Use a Phillips driver bit to drive screws through the mount holes until they are flush with the wall mount.
Plug Supplied Power Cord into Device and Slide Device onto Mount
Once mounted, the device's power port will be inaccessible. Place the Echo Hub over the wall mount, aligning the hooks, and slide it down to secure it. Ensure the device is oriented with buttons on the right.

Set Up Your Echo Hub

Follow these steps to get your Echo Hub ready for use:

Have your Wi-Fi and Amazon passwords ready for internet connection and account sign-in.
Plug the Echo Hub into an electrical socket using the provided adapter. The display will turn on.
Follow the on-screen setup prompts to log in with an existing Amazon account or create a new one.
Download the Alexa app from your app store to manage settings, music, lists, and routines.

You can also set up compatible smart home devices through the Alexa app.

Privacy and Support
