*EPB outdoor lighting costs are calculated based on estimated monthly energy use in combination with TVA's Total Monthly Fuel Cost Adjustment. Costs vary slightly month-to-month. Ask an EPB Customer Design Specialist for details.
**LED Overhead Lighting options are for Residential & Commercial use only. There is a one-time installation fee of $30 per light. Residential Overhead Lighting for single family homes and subdivisions must be installed on a new or existing EPB wooden pole. Residential Overhead Lighting for existing apartments, condos, and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) can only be installed on existing EPB wooden poles or an obvious extension of an EPB installed lighting circuit. Commercial Overhead Lighting can only be installed on an existing EPB wooden pole. Ask an EPB Customer Design Specialist for details.
***LED Decorative Lighting options are for Builder & Developer use only, and must be installed on EPB Aluminum Poles (leased separately). Builder & Developer Decorative Lighting for apartment, condo, and townhome developments can only be installed along public roads. Ask an EPB Customer Design Specialist for details.
****EPB wooden poles are for Residential & Commercial use only, and costs vary slightly year-to-year. A lease agreement is required for new poles. Ask an EPB Customer Design Specialist for details.
