Retrofit Kit Part Numbers
The following part numbers are associated with Quincy Compressor retrofit kits for QT1 and QT2 series units:
- 2021119283 – QT1 – 5HP
- 2021119284 – QT1 – 7.5HP
- 2021119285 – QT2 – 10HP
- 2021119286 – QT2 – 15HP
Key Retrofit Kit Items:
- Sheet metal adapter plate: Two different adapter plates are necessary – one for 5HP-7.5HP units and one for 10HP-15HP units.
- Motor Pulley
- Motor Bushing
- Motor Belt(s)
- Stainless steel flex hose to connect pump to tank
- Check valve for tank
- All necessary hardware
Belt Guard Information:
- 5HP and 7.5HP configurations will also receive a belt guard.
- 10HP and 15HP configurations will reuse the existing belt guard.
