Getting Started
- Lower the volume on your device.
- Gently insert the earbuds into your ears.
- Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level.
- Position the earbuds so they create a seal and block out ambient noise.
- Test different gel tips to find the best fit.

Safety Precautions
Important Safety Information
- Avoid moisture and liquid in the earbud tips.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, pulling hard on or applying other extreme force to the cable, or bending the cable at a sharp angle.
- Wax can build up in the earbud tips, which can degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a Q-tip or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or stop using the product for a period.
- If you continue to experience discomfort when using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating the earbuds the same way you treat expensive sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
