Getting Started
Follow these steps for the best audio experience:
- Lower your audio device's volume.
- Carefully insert the earbud into your ear.
- Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level.
- To block external noise, position the earbud so the earpieces sit flush with your ear.
- Try the different gel tips to find the best fit.
Adjustable Position (ATP)
Fine-tune your earbud fit for optimal comfort and sound.

- POSITION 1: Secure, sits deeper in ear
- POSITION 2: Loose, sits further forward in ear
CAUTION
- Avoid getting moisture or liquids into the earpieces or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, straining the cable with sudden pulls or extreme force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Wax may build up in the earpieces, affecting sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily discontinuing use.
- If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
