USER MANUAL

1. ADMIN SETTINGS

Important Notes:

1.1: ADD ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD

Press [*] [#] key. Voice prompt: "factory status, please add 6-12 digit administrator password". Press [#] key to confirm. Enter the password, then press [#] key to confirm. Re-enter the password when prompted, press [#] key to confirm.

1.2: ENTER THE MAIN MENU

Press [*] [#] key and use the administrator password for verification. After entering the main menu, press the corresponding number key to select an operation:

  1. Password Management
    1. Modify The Admin Password
    2. Add User Password
    3. Delete User Password
    4. Delete All User Password
  2. Fingerprint Management
    1. Add Fingerprint
    2. Delete Fingerprint
    3. Delete All Fingerprint
  3. Card Management
    1. Add Card
    2. Delete Card
    3. Delete All Card
  4. Face Management
    1. Add Face
    2. Delete Face
    3. Delete All Face
    4. PIR Setting
  5. System Setting
    1. Network Setting
    2. Set or Query the Time
    3. Volume Setting
    4. Combine Mode
    5. Firmware Version
    6. Operation Record Query

2. USER SETTING

Follow prompts to select options for adding Passwords, Fingerprints, Cards, or Faces.

Press [*] [#] key and use the administrator password for verification. After entering the main menu, press the corresponding number key to select the operation:

2.1: ADD PASSWORD

Enter the password, press [#] to confirm. Re-enter the password, press [#] to confirm. Supports dummy password function by adding random numbers before and after the correct password.

CAUTION: Dummy password can be up to 20 digits; only one set can be included and cannot be repeated.

2.2: ADD FINGERPRINT

Place finger in the fingerprint recognition area. When prompted, re-enter the fingerprint. Voice prompt: "Operation successful".

CAUTION:

Visual Description: A series of images showing the correct placement and movement of a finger on the fingerprint scanner.

2.3: ADD RFID CARD

Place the card near the card sensing area. Voice prompt: "Operation successful".

2.4: ADD FACE

Follow voice prompts to position your face (front, right, left, bottom, top) in the face recognition area. Voice prompt: "Operation successful".

2.5: DELETE USER

Press [*] [#] key, use administrator password for verification. Select operation from the menu:

2.5.1: SINGLE DELETION

Voice prompt verification deletes a single Password, Fingerprint, Card, or Face after successful verification.

2.5.2: DELETE ALL

Select to delete all Passwords, Fingerprints, Cards, or Faces. Requires administrator password confirmation.

2.6: PIR SETTING

Choose to turn PIR setting on or off. With PIR off, the door lock needs to be awakened for face unlocking.

3: SYSTEM SETTING

Press [*] [#] key, use administrator password for verification. Select operation from the menu:

CAUTION: The current administrator cannot be deleted to ensure at least one administrator remains, preventing the lock from entering a default state where anyone can open it.

4: NETWORK SETTING

Download and install the "Tuya Smart" APP from Google Play or App Store and follow the prompts to register.

Note: APP versions may be updated; refer to the actual APP interface.

4.1: MANUALLY ADD WI-FI DEVICES

Select device type. Enter password for 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Location permission is required to find Wi-Fi networks.

Steps:

  1. Select "Add Device" > "Camera & Lock" > "Lock (Wi-Fi)".
  2. Enter correct Wi-Fi name and password.
  3. Follow door lock menu instructions to enter network settings, click "confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly".
  4. Select EZ Mode, wait for device addition. Click "Done" after successful addition.

Note: If steps fail, switch network configuration mode in the App.

After network configuration, you can rename the smart lock and assign it to a room. Click "Finish" to use the smart lock's App functions.

4.2: THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE APP

Troubleshooting Binding Failures:

5: RESTORE FACTORY

When prompted, press the [#] key to confirm factory reset, or [*] key to cancel.

CAUTION: Restoring factory settings clears all user data. Exercise caution.

6: SCREEN KEYS FUNCTION

Buttons: (1) Up/Off, (2) Power/OK, (3) Down/Back.

Insert an external memory card to save visitor records. Long press the up button on the visitor record interface to delete files.

7: PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
