Handling of Common Issues
- No Indicator Light: If the indicator does not light up after turning on, check the power level. Connect the device to a 5V/1A power supply for charging. Charging time is approximately 3-4 hours.
- No Sound from Microphone: Ensure the device is powered on, the correct mode is selected, and the microphone volume is adjusted appropriately.
- No Reverb: If there is no reverb effect, check if the reverb switch is off and turn it on.
- Microphone Noise: If there is noise, it may be due to ambient noise, signal interference, or the microphone being too close to the speaker. Adjust the microphone's direction.
- Bluetooth Interruption: If Bluetooth playback is interrupted, the connection may be too far, or there may be obstacles. Move closer to the connected mobile device and avoid obstructions.
- Bluetooth Connection Failure: If Bluetooth cannot connect, check the distance, ensure there are no obstacles, and verify that the device is not connected to another mobile phone. Disconnect other devices and try again.
- Charging Issues: If the device does not charge, ensure the charger is functioning correctly and that the charging indicator light is on.
