Directions To Use X7 Headphone
Power On
Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds. The LED indicator will blink RED and BLUE alternately, indicating the headphone is on and ready for Bluetooth connection.
Bluetooth Connection
For first-time use, after powering on, the headphone enters Bluetooth pairing mode. Search for "X7" in your device's Bluetooth settings and connect. Upon successful connection, the blue indicator will blink slowly. When music is playing, the indicator turns off.
Paired Device Replacement
Disconnect the Bluetooth of the current paired device. The headphone indicator will blink RED and BLUE alternately again, allowing other devices to find and connect to "X7".
Power Off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the headphone. It will also automatically shut down after 180 seconds of no pairing or connection.
Low Power Alarm & Charging
Your connected device will typically display the headphone's power status. A low power alarm will sound every 120 seconds when the battery voltage drops below 3.4V. The headphone will automatically shut down if the voltage drops to 3.2V, indicating it needs charging. Use the provided USB cable and a 5V power adapter for charging. Caution: Do not use 9V or 12V fast charging adapters.
Operation Instructions
Power ON/OFF, VOLUME DOWN:
- Press the button for 2 seconds to turn on.
- Press the button for 3 seconds to turn off.
- Double-click for the next song.
- Triple-click for Volume Down.
VOLUME UP:
- Click once to Play/Pause music.
- Double-click for the previous song.
- Triple-click for Volume Up (a beep sound indicates maximum volume).
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant (e.g., Siri).
To answer a call:
- Click once to answer the call.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to dismiss the call.
- Click once during a call to end the conversation.
- Double-click during a call to end the current call and answer a third-party incoming call.
Indicators Description
- Alternate RED and BLUE: Waiting for pairing.
- BLUE for 3 seconds then turned off: Bluetooth connected.
- RED light solid: Undergoing charging.
- BLUE light solid: Battery is fully charged.

Troubleshooting
- Unable to turn on headphone: Ensure the battery is fully charged and the power button is pressed correctly.
- Unable to connect headphone: Verify the indicator LED is blinking RED and BLUE alternately. If it blinks BLUE slowly, the headphone is already connected to another device; disconnect that device and try again.
- Unable to reconnect headphone: Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Less transmission distance: Ensure your device's Bluetooth version is 4.0 or above, as older versions may result in a shorter transmission range.
