This 48-inch Dual Fuel Range from Fisher & Paykel combines induction and gas cooktops with two convection ovens, designed for creating elaborate meals with the guidance of an intuitive touchscreen.

The guided cooking feature simplifies the process, allowing users to cook by food, function, or recipe. It boasts a top burner heat of 19,000 BTU for rapid boiling and four induction cooking zones that can be paired to form two SmartZones.

Generous Capacity

The range offers a total oven capacity of 6.9 cu. ft. across two independently operating cavities: 4.8 cu. ft. in the main cavity and 2.1 cu. ft. in the secondary. This provides ample space for large roasts, such as a 32 lb turkey, alongside side dishes.

Crafted with attention to detail, this range features real stainless steel, cast-iron trivets, and weighted, halo-illuminated dials. Incandescent lights and full-extension telescopic racks enhance usability. The design emphasizes robustness from the legs to the cooktop.

Easy to Clean

The oven includes a self-cleaning function and self-clean proof side racks that do not require removal during the cleaning cycle. The induction zones are easily cleaned with a quick wipe after use.
