Installation Steps

Follow these steps for physical installation:

  1. Step 1: Prepare Mounting Location

    Attach the mounting bracket to the desired surface using appropriate M4 screws. The bracket has specific hole placements for secure attachment.

  2. Step 2: Connect Camera and Cable

    Mount the UniFi G5 Bullet camera onto the bracket. Connect the Ethernet cable to the camera's port. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE).

  3. Step 3: Network Connectivity

    Connect the Ethernet cable to a PoE-enabled switch or injector. Ensure the switch is connected to your network and the UniFi OS Console for management via UniFi Protect.
