- Wash the raw rice under cold water before cooking and place it in the inner pot.

- You can add spices like chili, garlic, etc., to the water. For wild and brown rice, add an additional half measuring cup of water to the above amounts.
Cooking Rice
Place the inner pot into the appliance. Ensure that no rice grain adheres to the heating plate or the pot, as this will negatively affect the control. Turn the inner pot briefly to the left and right to ensure sufficient contact with the heating plate and the thermostat.

To claim your warranty, the original sales receipt with the date of sale must be enclosed.
Warranty coverage is not provided for minor deviations from the specified condition that are irrelevant for the value and usability of the appliance, nor for damage caused by non-standard environmental conditions. The warranty exclusively covers defects attributable to material or manufacturing errors. The rectification of defects recognized by us as warrantable will be carried out by replacing the defective parts with faultless parts.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage to the coating due to use
- Glass breakage
- Improper use, such as overloading or unauthorized accessories
- Damage caused by external influence, force, or foreign objects
- Damage due to non-compliance with the instruction manual, e.g., incorrect mains voltage
Appliances for which defect rectification is claimed under this warranty must be sent to us properly packed, cleaned, with a description of the fault, and including the purchase receipt. Replaced parts become our property. The warranty claim is not transferable and expires in case of improper use or misuse, if repairs or interventions have been carried out by third parties; regardless of whether the complaint is based on this. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends at the same time as the warranty period for the entire appliance.
If the defect cannot be rectified, or if we refuse or unreasonably delay rectification, we will, at the customer's request, provide free replacement, compensate for the reduced value, or take back the appliance against refund of the purchase price within the statutory warranty period from the date of purchase or delivery.
Further claims, especially for damages incurred outside the appliance, are excluded.
