Application
Mechanical humidity regulators are used to switch heaters, cooling equipment, filter fans, or signal devices on or off when an adjustable or preset reference humidity value is exceeded or undershot. These regulators are intended for use only in stationary, sealed housings for electrical devices.
Safety Considerations
- Installation must only be performed by qualified electrical technicians in accordance with national power-supply guidelines (IEC 60364).
- Ensure safety measures according to VDE 0100.
- Strictly observe the technical specifications on the type plate.
- No changes or modifications are permitted on the device.

Installation Guidelines
- The regulator should be mounted in the lower third of the switch cabinet.
- The device must not be covered.
- The device must not be operated in environments with aggressive atmospheres.
