Software Compatibility

Use the VeryFitPro App on iOS or Android smart phones to set up your X2GO. Ensure your device meets the following requirements:

  • Apple iOS 8.0 & Above
  • Android 4.4 & Above
  • Supports Bluetooth 4.0

1. Setting Up Your X2GO

Use the VeryFitPro App on your iOS or Android smartphone to configure the X2GO. Your device and system must meet the requirements listed above.

1.1 Download VeryFitPro

Search for and download "VeryFitPro" from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Note: If you encounter issues scanning a QR code, copy the provided link and open it in your web browser.

2. Product Activation & Installation

Before using your CACTUS X2GO, ensure it is fully charged. Upon full charge, it will power on automatically.

Detaching the Band: Gently pull off the strap from both sides of the device body.

Charging the Device

Insert the chip-mounted end of the device body into the USB interface to activate it by charging. Ensure correct polarity and use the required voltage and current: 5V / 500mA.

A red indicator light will illuminate during charging. When fully charged (indicated by a full battery icon), attach both bands to the device.

You are now ready to wear the CACTUS X2GO. Adjust the band length and fasten it securely around your wrist.

3. Using the Touch Key

The device features a single touch key for interaction:

  • Single Click: Switches between interfaces.
  • Press and Hold: Enters a selected mode or confirms an action.

Connecting to Your Smartphone

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and open the VeryFitPro app.

When adding a device in the app and selecting your X2GO from the search list, slide the screen of the X2GO to wake it up, then complete the connection process. A "bind successful" message will appear.

Know Your Device

3.1 Wearing Method

Wear the device on your wrist horizontally, similar to how you would wear a traditional watch.

3.2 Heart Rate Monitoring

For more accurate heart rate readings, wear the device on the top of your wrist and slightly tighter than usual, especially during exercise.

4. Interface and Functions

4.1 Heart Rate Monitoring (Continuous)

Automatic heart rate monitoring is enabled by default, allowing the device to track your heart rate throughout the day.

4.2 Interface Navigation

Click the touch key to cycle through the following interfaces:

  • Time: Displays the current time and date.
  • Data Mode: Shows step count, distance, calories, etc.
  • Heart Rate Mode: Displays current heart rate.
  • Alarm Clock Mode: Shows if an alarm is set.
  • Sports Mode: Allows selection and tracking of various activities.

4.3 Function Introduction

4.3.1 Time Mode

You can switch the time dial display format (12hr or 24hr) via the app: App > Device > More > Time Format. Touch the device screen to wake it; a tick mark next to the time format in the app indicates the setting is applied.

Click the touch key to proceed to the next mode.

4.3.2 Data Mode

Click the touch key to enter the next mode, which is Heart Rate Mode. Press and hold the touch key for 2 seconds to enter the "Data Reading" sub-mode.

4.3.3 Data Reading Sub-Mode

In this sub-mode, you can view detailed activity data:

  • Steps and Distance (e.g., 789 Steps, 34.5 KM)
  • Duration and Calories (e.g., 789 Min, 345 Kcal)

Click the touch key to advance to the next sub-mode. Click the touch key again to return to the main Data Reading Mode.

4.3.4 Heart Rate Mode Details

When entering Heart Rate Mode, the device begins monitoring. Initially, a graphic representation of a heartbeat [heartbeat-line] may be displayed before numerical data is available. Once detected, your heart rate will be shown numerically (e.g., 168 BPM).

4.3.5 Alarm Clock Mode

Note: The alarm clock function must be configured and enabled within the VeryFitPro app for it to be displayed on the device.

5. Sports Modes

5.1 Accessing Sports Mode

Click the touch key to enter Sports Mode. Press and hold the touch key for 2 seconds to start or stop an alarm clock (if configured).

5.2 Selecting Sports

Click the touch key to cycle through available sports modes. If no other sports modes are available, it will revert to the time mode.

Note: You can select up to 3 sports types from a list of 12 available options within the app (navigate via More > Activity Display > Add+ > Select Activity Mode).

5.3 Starting a Sports Session

The device displays a countdown interface (3-2-1-GO) before entering the selected sports mode.

5.4 Sports Underway Mode

During an active sports session, the device can display various metrics:

  • Heart Rate (e.g., 68 BPM)
  • Steps (e.g., 56789 Steps)
  • Calories (e.g., 1245 Kcal)
  • Distance (e.g., 34.5 KM)

All these displays typically show the current time (e.g., 12:34:56).

5.5 Pace and Speed Tracking

Additional sports data interfaces include:

  • Average Pace (e.g., 8'45" AVG Pace)
  • Pace/Speed (e.g., 8'45" Pace)
  • Time

Click the touch key to navigate through these "Sports Underway" sub-modes. Press and hold the touch key for 2 seconds to access the Data Reading interface. Press and hold for 2 seconds again to exit the current sports mode.

Note: Cycling speed and distance data require the app to be connected and the cycling activity to be started simultaneously in both the app and on the device.

5.6 Stopping a Sports Session

When exiting Sports Mode:

  • If the exercise duration is less than 1 minute, a notification "short training session not saved" will appear.
  • If the exercise duration is more than 1 minute, a "Good Job!" notification will be displayed.
  • To view different sports data summaries upon exiting, click the touch key to cycle through the Sports Data Display modes. A single click on the final interface will return you to the main Sports Mode screen.

5.7 Sports Data Summary

The device provides summaries for different activities:

  • Step, Distance
  • Duration, Calories
  • Pace, Heart Rate

5.8 Event Reminders in Sports Mode

1) Reminder of Exit from Sports Mode: If no activity is detected for 15 minutes, a quit reminder will appear 15 seconds before automatic exit. New activities will cancel this automatic exit. If no new activities occur before the countdown finishes, the device will automatically exit Sports Mode.

2) Reminder of Full Memory Force Quit: Click the touch key to confirm a force quit. This reminder appears when the Cactus X2Go's memory is full, prompting the user to exit sports mode.

3) Reminder of Force Quit for Low Battery: During sports activities, if the battery level is critically low, Sports Mode will pause and prompt the user to force quit. Click the touch key to accept the force quit.

4) Reminder of Inaccessible Sports Mode for Low Battery: This reminder occurs when the user attempts to start Sports Mode with a critically low battery. Click the touch key to exit this reminder and avoid starting the mode.

5) Unintentional Operations During Activity: A reminder will appear on the screen. Click the touch key to quit the reminder waiting mode.

6. Additional Features

6.1 Camera Mode Control

To use the camera mode, grant VeryfitPro permission to access your phone's camera and photos in the phone's settings. Then, initiate the camera function from within the app. Your X2GO device will enter camera mode.

You can take photos using your smartphone by performing one of the following actions with your X2GO: shaking it, lifting your wrist, or clicking the touch key.

To exit camera mode, press and hold the touch key on your X2GO or exit via the app.

6.2 Alerts and Reminders

A) Caller Alert/Reminder:

  • Click the touch key to dismiss the incoming call reminder.
  • Press and hold the touch key to hang up the call.

Note: The call alert function requires the app's call alert setting to be enabled, successful pairing, and confirmed settings.

B) SMS Message Alert/Reminder:

SMS notifications must be enabled in the app (navigate to SNS alert > SMS). Pairing must be successful, and settings confirmed.

To read longer messages, click the touch key to view the remainder of the message.

C) Alarm Clock:

Alarm alerts must be configured within the app. Multiple alarms can be set.

Alarm Clock Types include:

  • Wake up
  • Medication Reminder
  • ? Sleeping
  • ? Party
  • ? Appointment
  • ? Exercise
  • ? Meeting

D) Sedentary Alert / Reminder:

Sedentary alerts can be set in the app. Click the touch key to dismiss the vibration alert on your X2GO.

E) Target Completion Alert / Reminder:

Upon achieving set goals, shake your X2GO to display the target completion reminder interface. Click the touch key to dismiss the reminder.

7. Device Status and Specifications

7.1 Low Battery Reminder

When the battery is low, a reminder will appear, prompting you to recharge the device.

If an operational abnormality is detected, an error notification will be displayed.

8.2 Wearing and Maintenance Advice

The Cactus X2GO is designed for daily use. To ensure optimal functioning and longevity, please follow these recommendations:

  • Keep your skin clean.
  • Regularly clean the wristband, especially after exposure to perspiration or substances like soap or detergent.
  • Avoid using household cleaning agents on the device. Instead, use a mild, soapless detergent, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry with a soft towel.
  • For stubborn spots or stains, gently scrub with alcohol and then follow the general cleaning steps.

9.1 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Failure to find the device when pairing

Ensure Bluetooth is ON on your smartphone. Verify the smartphone's OS is Android 4.4 & above or iOS 8.0 & above. Confirm the distance between the phone and the device is within 0.5 meters (and within the normal Bluetooth communication range of 10 meters after pairing). Make sure the device is fully charged and not displaying a low battery warning.

Failure to connect with Bluetooth occasionally

Try rebooting your mobile phone and restarting the Bluetooth service.

How to restore factory default settings

Ensure the device is connected to your smartphone. Navigate within the app: App > Device > More > Reboot Device.

9.2 Warranty Information

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects but excludes damage to the band and lens.
