HOW TO REPLACE THE DUSTTUBE CLIP

Tools you need:

Star Screwdriver, Torx 20

Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket.

STEP 1

Use a star screwdriver to remove the two screws.

STEP 2

Remove the old dusttube clip.

STEP 3

Attach the new dusttube clip with the screws.

HOW TO REPLACE THE DUSTSKIRT

Tools you need:

No tools needed

STEP 1

Pull the dust skirt over the machine and mount it in the intended notch on the rubber strip.

HOW TO REPLACE THE GAS SPRING

Tools you need:

Wrench

Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket.

STEP 1

Remove the power cord from the socket.

STEP 2

Loosen the nut on top of the gas spring.

STEP 3

Loosen the sprint from the gas spring and pull it out. Tip the handle backwards.

STEP 4

Remove the gas spring by unscrewing it.

STEP 5

Install the new gas spring.

STEP 6

Watch this point while screwing the new gas spring. When the black rubber starts moving, stop and turn the gas spring counter clockwise one rotation.

STEP 7

Tighten the nut.

STEP 8

Put the sprint back to secure the bottom part of the gas spring.

HOW TO REPLACE THE RUBBER BUMPER

Tools you need:

Hammer, Scotch tape, Heating gun, Alcohol cleaner, Cartridge applicator

Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket.

STEP 1

Turn the machine over.

STEP 2

Remove the old bumper.

STEP 3

Remove the old adhesive from the chassis.

STEP 4

Clean the surface with an alcohol cleaner.

STEP 5

Prepare the new rubber bumper by heating it to hand warm.

STEP 6

Apply 2K adhesive on the inside of the bumper using a cartridge applicator.

STEP 7

Install the new rubber bumper starting at position 5 o'clock.

STEP 8

Gently secure the position of the rubber bumper with a hammer.

STEP 9

Fixate the position of the rubber bumper for 30 min using scotch tape.

HOW TO REPLACE THE SUCTION PIPE

Tools you need:

No tools needed

Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket.

STEP 1

Remove the old pipe.

STEP 2

Install the new pipe with hose.

STEP 3

Mount the extension pipe on the new hose.

HOW TO REPLACE THE VELCROSTRIP

Tools you need:

Star Screw Driver, Torx 20

Before starting, make sure that the machine is switched off and the power cord disconnected from the socket.

STEP 1

Remove the two screws.

STEP 2

Remove the old velcro.

STEP 3

Attach the new velcro with the screws.
