Installation

  1. Spread out the surfboard on level ground.
  2. For first-time use or after long storage, check the air valve and tighten it with the provided wrench.
[Info Symbol] Attention: Do not adjust the air valve when the board is in use.
[Warning Symbol] Warning: Do not rotate the wrench counter-clockwise when inspecting inflation, as it can be dangerous.
  3. Inflate the board:
    • Unscrew the cap of the air valve.
    • Ensure the inner spring valve is not depressed. If it is depressed, press the spring valve and turn it counter-clockwise to the correct position.
    • Attach the hose to the inflation port on the high-pressure hand pump.
    • Inflate the board to 1.034 bar (15 PSI).
    • After inflation, screw the cap of the air valve back on.

[Info Symbol] Note: If over-inflation occurs, press the spring valve to release air to an acceptable level and securely fasten the air valve.

[Info Symbol] Note: If the board is not in use and exposed to the sun, it may cause overexpansion and damage. Check the pressure and deflate slightly until the correct pressure is obtained.

[Info Symbol] Note: The pressure gauge is for inflation purposes only; its reading is for reference and should not be used as a precision instrument.

  4. Assemble the seat (Included with product #65303E only). Connect the seat to the D-ring on the board. The seat can be adjusted to accommodate the footrest.
  5. Attach the safety rope to the tow ring, and place the belt around your ankle. [Diagram: Safety rope attachment showing connection to tow ring and ankle strap.]

Oar Installation

Adjust the oar length according to your height. Take your height and add 8 inches for surfing length and 10 inches for touring length. [Diagram: Oar length adjustment showing telescopic shaft extension with 'MAX' indicators.]

Maintenance

  1. Inflate according to the PSI marked beside the valve.
  2. To avoid long-term exposure to sunshine or rain, use the outside cover for protection when not in use.
  3. Clean with mild soap water and a soft cloth if not going to be used for a long time. Dry before storing. Store in a dry and shady place, out of children's reach.

Storage

  1. Deflate the board by unscrewing the air valve cap, pressing the spring valve, and turning it clockwise.
  2. Remove all accessories from the board. Gently dry all surfaces with a cloth. Keep the board and all accessories clean and dry.
  3. Fold the board from front to back to remove additional air.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place, out of children's reach.
