1. SAFETY

• Locate seat in a suitable working area.
• ⚠️ WARNING! Use seat on level and solid ground, preferably concrete.
• Keep the seat clean and tidy in accordance with good workshop practice.
• ❌ DO NOT use the seat for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
• ❌ DO NOT stand on the seat.
• ❌ DO NOT use the seat outdoors.
• ❌ DO NOT get the seat wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensation.
• ❌ DO NOT clean the seat with any solvents which may damage the paint surface or the protective coating on the padded seat base.
• ❌ DO NOT use if damaged.

2. INTRODUCTION

Composite framework with concealed under seat. Suitable for use in Bodyshop and Detailing environments as well as general garage use. Easy-rolling Ø100mm rubber castors with ball-bearing swivel. Supplied with six interchangeable cup/bottle holders and storage trays for tools and components.

Diagram Description (Fig.1): The diagram illustrates the components of the utility seat and their assembly. It shows the main Frame (5) to which Castor Wheel Supports (7) are attached using Steel Nuts (6) and Hex Head Set Screws (8). Castor Wheels (12) are then fitted to these supports using Domed Nuts (10) and Flat Washers (11). The Seat Cover (1) is the main seating component. Other parts include a Removable Drawer (2) with its holder (3), a side Removable Tray (4), and a cup/bottle holder tray (9). These components are assembled to form the complete utility seat.

5. ASSEMBLY

5.1. Fix Castor Wheel Supports

Attach Castor Wheel Supports (item 7) to the Frame (item 5) using fixings (items 6 and 8).

5.2. Fit Castors

Attach Castors (item 12) to the Castor Wheel Supports (item 7) using nuts and washers (items 10 and 11).

5.3. Locate Remaining Items

Place the remaining items into the body as shown in Fig.1.

6. MAINTENANCE

• 6.1. Before each use, inspect the overall condition of the unit for broken, cracked or bent parts that may affect the proper operation.
• 6.2. Regularly check the tightness of all fixings before use.
• 6.3. Smear the castor bearings with a thin film of silicone grease quarterly.
• 6.4. Ensure the castor wheels are able to rotate and swivel freely. Replace if necessary.
• 6.5. Clean the seat cushion, trays and frames with a moist cloth and mild detergent. ❌ DO NOT use solvents to clean the unit.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

♻️ Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.
