NT-LP110C THERMAL LABEL PRINTER

Congratulations on your label printer purchase. The NetumScan printer you have purchased is a high-efficiency thermal printer and does not require any ink or toner. Prints will be made by instantly heating compatible labels. Please take a moment to thoroughly review this user guide. Incorrect operation may result in damage or injury.

Windows Printing Setup

Browse the support CD or download the driver. Note: Your computer may prompt that there is a virus in the driver installation, but this is safe.

  1. If the printer is USB interface, click "Get USB Port" to automatically identify the USB port.
  2. For other interfaces, click "Install Driver".

If the printer driver installation is successful, it will automatically pop up the printer properties interface. Click "Print Test Page". If the printer prints a normal page, the installation was successful.

Note: If the printer prompts "Printing Error", return to the "Port" option, select USB0001, USB0002, or USB0003... and test again.

How to use the LAN port of the printer

Get the local IP address from the Self-test page. The method of printing a Self-test page:

  1. Hold down the FEED button in the shutdown state.
  2. Press and hold the POWER button to power on.
  3. When you see the "ERROR" Red light is ON, release the FEED button.

You can get the IP address from the self-test page (Default IP address: 192.168.1.100).

Adding a Network Port (LAN)

  1. Open the printer properties interface and select "Port".
  2. Select "Add Port".
  3. Select "Generic Network Card" (or a similar network port option) and proceed.
  4. Follow the prompts to add the network port.
  5. Click "Apply".
  6. Click "Print Test Page" to test the connection.

How to install the LABEL driver

  1. Double click the LABEL .dmg file.
  2. Double click LABEL_V1.0_signed .pkg to install the driver.
  3. Click the "continue" button.
  4. Click "Install".
  5. Use Touch ID or Enter your password when prompted.
  6. Click "Close" to finish the driver installation.
  7. Open "System Preferences" and click "Printers and Scanners".
  8. Click "+" to add a new printer.
  9. Turn on your printer. Choose "LABEL" under the printer list. Under "Use", select "Select Software" from the drop-down menu.
  10. Click "Add".
  11. Use Touch ID or enter your password when prompted.
  12. The printer setup is complete.

Printer Settings and Label Size Configuration

How to change printer settings and define label size

  1. Open a PDF file or any document.
  2. Select "File" --> "Print".
  3. Under the "Paper Size" drop-down menu, select "Manage Custom Sizes".
  4. Click "+" to define a new label size. Click "OK" to save the new size.
  5. You can now select your newly defined label size (e.g., "100*190").
  6. Select "Printer Features" to change printer settings such as Speed and Darkness.
  7. Click "Print".

Maintenance

Cleaning the Print Head

The printer head is a sensitive part located on the upper part of the printer when open. Caution: The printer head can be very hot while the printer is running.

  1. Ensure the power switch is OFF, remove the power cord, and open the printer cover. Wait a few moments to ensure the printer head cools down.
  2. Completely clean the printer head using an alcohol swab (any 70% Isopropyl Alcohol pad will work). Do not use water.
  3. Wait 2-3 minutes until the alcohol has completely dried, then close the cover.
  4. Connect the power cord and print a test page to check if it is clean.
