PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ASSEMBLY. RETAIN THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
I. Notes
- The air conditioning is only suitable for indoor use, and is not suitable for other applications.
- Follow local grid interconnection rules while installing the air conditioning and ensure that it is properly grounded. If you have any question on electrical installation, follow the instructions of the manufacturer, and if necessary, ask a professional electrician to install it.
- Place the machine in a flat and dry place and keep a distance of above 50cm between the machine and the surrounding objects or walls.
- After the air conditioning is installed, ensure that the power plug is intact and firmly plugged into the power outlet, and place the power cord orderly to prevent someone from being tripped or pulling out the plug.
- Do not put any object into the air inlet and outlet of the air conditioning. Keep the air inlet and outlet free from obstructions.
- When drainage pipes are installed, ensure that the drainage pipes are properly connected, and are not distorted or bended.
- While adjusting the upper and lower wind-guide strips of the air outlet, pluck it with hands gently to avoid damaging wind-guide strips.
- When moving the machine, make sure that it is in an upright position.
- The machine should stay away from gasoline, flammable gas, stoves and other heat sources.
- Do not disassemble, overhaul and modify the machine arbitrarily, otherwise it will cause a machine malfunction or even bring harm to persons and properties. To avoid danger, if a machine failure occurs, ask the manufacturer or professionals to repair it.
- Do not install and use the air conditioning in the bathroom or other humid environments.
- Do not pull the plug to turn off the machine.
- Do not place cups or other objects on the body to prevent water or other liquids from spilling into the air conditioning.
- Do not use insecticide sprays or other flammable substances near the air conditioning.
- Do not wipe or wash the air conditioning with chemical solvents such as gasoline and alcohol. When you need to clean the air conditioning, you must disconnect the power supply, and clean it with a half-wet soft cloth. If the machine is really dirty, scrub with a mild detergent.
- The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- These models require a 115V AC, 60Hz grounded outlet protected with a 15A time-delay fuse or circuit breaker.
- The 3-prong grounding plug minimizes the possibility of electric shock hazard. If the wall outlet you plan to use is only a 2-prong outlet, it is your responsibility to have it replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet.
- Do not, under any circumstances, cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord.
- Do not change the plug on the power cord of this air conditioner.
- Aluminium house wiring may present special problems--consult a qualified electrician.
- Power cord includes a current interrupter device. A test and reset button is provided on the plug case. The device should be tested on a periodic basis by first pressing the TEST button and then the RESET button while plugged into the outlet. If the TEST button does not trip or if the RESET button will not stay engaged, discontinue use of the air conditioner and contact a qualified service technician.

II. Features and Components

2. Components
The air conditioner unit is shown from the front and rear. Key components are labeled: ① Top cover, ② Control panel, ③ Side panel B, ④ Air outlet/Lourver, ⑤ Front housing B, ⑦ Caster, ⑧ Base plate, ⑥ Rear housing, ⑨ EVA filter, ⑩ Continuous drainage hole, ⑫ Air vent, 11 Wrapping post, 13 CON filter, 14 Drainage hole. Separate diagrams show the Window Sealing Plate Assembly and the Exhaust Pipe Assembly.
III. Control Setting
1. Control panel operation instructions
The control panel features buttons and indicators. Buttons are labeled: [Power] (1), [Mode Selection] (2), [Sleep] (3), [Down] (4), [Up] (5), [Wind Speed Selection] (6), and [Timer] (7). The interface displays modes like HIGH, LOW, FAN, WATER FULL, SLEEP, DEHUM, COOL, POWER.
- 1. Power Button: Pressing the button to turn on and turn off the unit.
- 2. Mode Selection Button: In the case of power on, press this key to switch between cooling, fan, and dehum modes.
- 3. Sleep Mode: Press the sleep button to turn on Sleep Mode. This mode cannot be activated in Dehum or Fan Mode. When the inner unit chassis is full of water, the 'Water Full' light will turn on, a buzzer will sound, and the compressor will stop.
- 4. DOWN: Pressing this button decreases the temperature setting or sets down the timer. This function is not available under FAN mode and DEHUMIDIFYING mode.
- 5. UP: Pressing this button increases the temperature setting or sets up the timer. This function is not available under FAN mode and DEHUMIDIFYING mode.
- 6. Wind Speed Selection Button: In cooling mode and fan mode, pressing the button selects high or low wind speed. This button is unavailable in dehumidifying mode.
- 7. TIMER: Pressing the TIMER button sets the unit to automatically turn ON or OFF. Use the [Up] and [Down] buttons to adjust the time in hours.
2. Operation instructions of remote control
The remote control has a display showing modes like Cool, Fan, Dry, and temperature/timer settings. Buttons include: [Power], [Mode], [Up], [Down], [Fan], [Timer], [°C/°F] (to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit), and [Sleep].
- 1. Power: Press the [Power] key to turn on or turn off the machine.
- 2. Mode: Press the [Mode] key to switch between cooling, air supply, and dehumidification modes.
- 3. Up: Press the [Up] key to increase temperature and timing set value.
- 4. Down: Press the [Down] key to reduce temperature and timing set value.
- 5. Fan: Press the [Fan] key to select high, medium, and low wind speed output circularly.
- 6. Timer: Press the [Timer] key to set the timing value.
- 7. °C/°F: Press the [°C/°F] key to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- 8. Sleep Mode: Press the [Sleep] key to turn on the sleep mode.

IV. Protection function
4.1 Frost Protection Function:
In cooling mode, if the temperature of the exhaust pipe is too low, the machine will automatically enter protection status. If the temperature of the exhaust pipe rises to a certain temperature, it can automatically revert to normal operation.
4.2 Overflow Protection Function:
When water in the water pan exceeds the warning level, the machine will automatically sound an alarm, the 'FULL' indicator light will flash, and the unit will shut down. At this point, you need to move the drainage pipe connecting the machine or the water outlet to a sewer or other drainage area to empty the water (details see Drainage Instructions). After the water is emptied, the machine will automatically return to the original state.
4.3 Automatic Defrosting (cooling model have this function):
The machine has automatic defrosting function.
4.4 Protection Function of the Compressor
To increase the service life of the compressor, it has a 3-minute delay booting protection function after the compressor is turned off.
V. Installation and adjustment
1. Installation
Warning: Before using the portable air conditioning, keep it upright for at least two hours. The air conditioning can be easily moved in the room. In the moving process, ensure that the air conditioning is in the upright position and should be placed on a flat surface. Do not install and use the air conditioning in the bathroom or other humid environments.
1.1 Install the heat pipe assembly (as shown in Fig.1)
Figure 1 illustrates the installation of the heat pipe assembly. It shows the unit with an arrow indicating '[Push]' to connect the exhaust pipe to the back panel vent slot.
- Take out the outer connector assembly and the exhaust pipe assembly, and remove the plastic bags.
- Insert the heat pipe assembly (the end of the exhaust joint) into the back panel vent slot (push to the left) and complete the assembly.
1.2 Installation of window sealing plate components
Figures 2 and 3 show the window sealing plate assembly being installed in a window, with components that can be placed horizontally or vertically. Extend the components to fit the window frame.
- Half open the window, and mount the window sealing plate assembly to the window. Components can be placed in horizontal and vertical direction.
- Pull various components of the window sealing plate assembly open, adjust their opening distance to bring both ends of the assembly into contact with the window frame, and fix various components of the assembly.
Notes: 1) The flat end of the exhaust pipe joints must be snapped into place. 2) The pipe cannot be distorted nor has substantial turning (greater than 45°). Keep the ventilation of the exhaust pipe not blocked.
1.3 Install the unit.
Figure 4 illustrates the unit placement, requiring a minimum distance of 50cm from walls or objects. Figures 5 and 6 show the exhaust pipe being connected to the window sealing plate assembly.
- Move the machine with installed heat pipe and fittings before the window, and the distance between the body and walls or other objects shall be at least 50 cm.
- Elongate the exhaust pipe and snap the flat end of the exhaust pipe joints into the hole of the window sealing plate assembly.
Notes: 1. The flat end of the exhaust pipe joints must be snapped into place. 2. The pipe cannot be distorted nor has substantial turning (greater than 45°). Keep the ventilation of the exhaust pipe not blocked.
VI. Drainage Instructions
1. Manual drainage:
When the machine stops after the water is full, turn off the machine power and unplug the unit from the power source.
Notes: Please move the machine carefully, so as not to spill the water in the water pan at the bottom of the body.
- Place the water container below the side water outlet behind the body.
- Unscrew the rotary knob and unplug the rubber stopper; the water will automatically flow into the water container.
Notes: 1. Keep the rotary knob and rubber stopper properly. 2. During drainage, the body can be tilted slightly backwards. 3. If the water container cannot hold all the water, before the water container is full, stuff the water outlet with the rubber stopper as soon as possible to prevent water from flowing to the floor or the carpet.
- When the water is discharged, stuff the rubber stopper and tighten the rotary knob.
Notes: 1. Restart the machine after the rubber stopper and rotary knob are installed, otherwise condensate water of the machine will flow to the floor or the carpet.
2. Continuous drainage (only applicable to cooling and dehumidification mode):
Diagrams illustrate continuous drainage. A drainage pipe is connected from the unit's water outlet to a bucket.
- Unscrew the rotary knob, and unplug the rubber stopper.
- Set the drainage pipe into the water outlet.
- Connect the drainage pipe to the bucket.
- Be sure to use a large container (3 gallons or larger is recommended) and monitor the water level in the container continuously. The unit will not shut off when the container is full. An overflowing container can cause flooding and damage to the floor.
VII. Maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, turn off the machine and unplug the unit from the power source.
1. Clean the surface
Clean the surface of the machine with a wet soft cloth. Do not use chemicals, such as benzene, alcohol, gasoline, etc.; otherwise, the surface of the air conditioning will be damaged or even the whole machine will be damaged.
2. Clean the filter screen
If the filter screen is clogged with dust, and the effectiveness of the air conditioning is reduced, be sure to clean the filter screen once every two weeks.
3. Clean the upper and lower filter screen frame
A diagram shows the filter box with filters being removed from the air conditioner unit. It illustrates how to detach the upper and lower filter screens.
- Remove the upper and lower filter screens. On the top filter, place finger in recess at top of filter and pull down and outward to remove. On the lower filter, place finger in recess at bottom of filter, pull upward and outward to remove filter.
- Put the EVA filter screen into warm water with neutral detergent (about 40 °C / 104 °F) and dry it in the shade after rinsing clean.
4. Storage
If the unit is not being used for a long period of time:
To Empty the Internal Water Tank:
- Unplug or disconnect power.
- Drain the water from the water tank.
- Use the original packaging to repack the unit to avoid a buildup of dust or dirt.
- Store the air conditioner in a cool, dry location.
VIII. Troubleshooting
Do not repair or disassemble the air conditioning by yourself. Unqualified repair will lead to failure of the warranty card, and may cause damage to users or their properties.

Press the Power button on the Control Panel or Remote Control to turn ON the air conditioner. Plug a working lamp into the outlet to check for power. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. |
Remote control is not working | The control was programmed for a Time Delay. The batteries in the remote control are dead. The internal water tank is full. NOTE: The air conditioner automatically turns off, and the Water Full indicator illuminates to alert you of this condition. |

Air conditioner is working but the room is not cooling. | Batteries are dead. Batteries are installed incorrectly. The room temperature is hot. NOTE: On extremely hot and humid days, the air conditioner will take longer to cool the room. The control is set incorrectly to Fan or Dehum mode. Airflow is restricted. Temperature set too high. Air filters are dirty or restricted. Air conditioner installed incorrectly Doors and windows are open. |
Replace the batteries. Make sure the batteries are inserted in the correct position. Allow time for the room to cool when you first turn on the unit. Make sure the air conditioner has an adequate BTU rating for the size of the room being cooled. Set the Mode to Cool and the Fan Speed to High. Remove any obstacles to the airflow and redirect airflow for uniform cooling. Lower the set temperature. Clean the air filter. See "Air Conditioner Care." Check the exhaust hose and window panel for proper installation. Close the doors and windows to the room being cooled to prevent cooled air from escaping. |
