Charging Process
Use a 5V DC power adapter and the provided charging cable to charge the ZEB-FIT180CH smart fitness watch. Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. The smartwatch powers on automatically when plugged into the charger, or it can be manually powered on by pressing the button for a few seconds.
Power-on
Press and hold the power button to turn the smart fitness watch ON/OFF.
Usage Instructions
1. Installing ZEB-FIT 20 SERIES App
Download the app by scanning the QR code or searching for "ZEB-FIT 20 SERIES" in your mobile's app store. Once installed, follow the steps directed by the app interface. Note: Your mobile phone must support Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0 or above.
2. Connecting ZEB-FIT180CH Smart Fitness Watch to the App
- Click on the 'ADD A DEVICE' option in the ZEB-FIT20 SERIES app home page.
- Select the device name "ZEB-FIT180CH" from the scanned name list.
While pairing, iOS devices will display a "Bluetooth Pairing Request" which requires confirmation with "Pair" to proceed. Android devices connect automatically.
Description of app interface: The app shows a "You have not linked a device." status with options for Notifications, Alarms, Others, and Upgrade. Below this, an "Add device" section displays the ZEB-FIT180CH watch with its MAC address and a prompt to select the bracelet from a list.
3. Display & Interface of ZEB-FIT180CH Smart Fitness Watch
Once the device is powered ON and connected to the smartphone, the following display interfaces can be seen on the ZEB-FIT180CH Smart fitness watch:
- Clock Faces: Displays various watch face designs, including analog and digital time formats.
- App Menu: Access to various functions like Heart Rate (MEASURE HR), Sleep tracking (SLEEP), SpO2 monitoring (SPO2), Sports modes (SKIPPING), Stopclock, Alarm, and Timer.
- Status Screens: Shows current date and battery percentage.
- Icons: Various icons represent Bluetooth connectivity, messages, sports modes, settings, and weather information (e.g., 20° Celsius).
Detailed descriptions of specific screens:
- MEASURE HR: Displays a heart icon with the current heart rate as "80 BPM".
- SLEEP: Shows sleep duration and stages, e.g., "08H 30M".
- SPO2: Displays oxygen saturation level, e.g., "98%".
- SKIPPING: Records activity details like duration ("00:30:00"), calories burned ("Kcal 2000"), and heart rate ("Bpm 80").
- Status Bar: Shows date (e.g., "2020-08-08") and battery level (e.g., "100%").
- Main Icons: A row of icons including Bluetooth, Messages, Sports, Settings, and Weather.
- Function Screens: Dedicated screens for STOPCLOCK, ALARM, and TIMER.
4. Disconnecting Process
For Android: The smart fitness watch can be disconnected directly from the ZEB-FIT 20 SERIES app interface by clicking the appropriate option.
For iOS: After disconnecting from the app, ensure the smart fitness watch name is also disconnected from the iPhone's Bluetooth menu.
Description of disconnection steps: The process involves selecting "Remove Device" or "Forget This Device" within the app or the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Important Notes
- Do not use the smart fitness watch in water with temperatures above 42°C.
- For any repairs, please take the smart fitness watch to an authorized service center.
