Installation Specifications
Ensure the refrigerator fits your kitchen and doorways. Refer to measurements and clearances for confident purchasing.
- Measure the opening height, width, and depth, including baseboards, molding, tile, and countertop overhang. Ensure doors can open fully, considering walls or islands.
- Refer to dimension illustrations for specific measurements.
- Allow 3.75" (9.5 cm) clearance on the hinge side if installing next to a wall where the handle might contact it.
- Allow 2" (5 cm) minimum clearance at the rear for proper air circulation and connections (water/electrical).
- Allow a 3/8" (1 cm) minimum clearance at the sides and top for ease of installation.
- Ensure all doorways and entryways are wide enough for the refrigerator.
For optimal usage and full door opening, avoid installing next to a wall.
