DJI NEO Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Get Started

Scan for tutorial videos, the DJI Fly app, and the user manual. Visit: https://s.dji.com/guide79

Step 2: Remove Gimbal Protector

Press down to remove the gimbal protector.

Step 3: Charge the Battery

Charge to activate the Intelligent Flight Battery before using for the first time.

Required power: ≥10 W (5 V, 2 A) [power symbol]

Step 4: Power On/Off

To power on or off: Press the power button once, then press and hold.

Step 5: Connect to DJI Fly App

Tap "Connection Guide" on the bottom right corner of the home screen in the DJI Fly app. Select the device model, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete connection and activation.

Step 6: Palm Control (Follow Mode by Default)

This mode allows you to control the drone using your hand.

1. Preparation: Hold the drone in your palm. Ensure no spinning [no spinning icon] and observe safety precautions [⚠️].

2. Takeoff: Hold the drone steady in your palm.

3. Flying: The drone will follow your movement as you walk.

4. Landing/Hover: Gently move your hand to control ascent/descent or hover.
