Short press the H button to switch the screen brightness between high and low, or to turn off the screen. When the backlight is off, the device continues to monitor gas and carbon monoxide. The green indicator light blinks periodically to show it's working. Press any of the three buttons to light up the screen again.

  5. Self Test:

When the screen is on, short press the O button to initiate a self-test. If the sensor is normal, the green indicator light flashes three times; if not, the red indicator light flashes three times. If the buzzer is normal, it sounds three times; if not, it will not sound.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm

If the carbon monoxide concentration exceeds 50 ppm, the device will sound an audible alarm and the corresponding indicator icon will blink.

  • 0-50 ppm: No alarm, green indicator icon blinks.
  • 51-200 ppm: Alarm sounds once every 2 minutes, yellow indicator icon blinks.
  • 201-999 ppm: Alarm sounds continuously, red indicator icon blinks.

Combustible Gas Alarm

If the device detects combustible gases, it will sound an audible alarm and the corresponding indicator icon will blink.

  • No combustible gas: No alarm, green indicator icon blinks.
  • Low concentrations: Alarm sounds once every 2 minutes, yellow indicator icon blinks.
