Wireless Remote Control Single Color LED Dimmer
Model: N12
Introduction
The N12 single color LED dimmer is designed to drive constant voltage LED products within a voltage range of DC5-24V. The main unit works with an RF remote controller, allowing users to adjust LED brightness via the remote. The main unit is powered by a DC power supply and receives commands from the remote controller to drive LED fixtures.
Dimension
The controller has dimensions of 87mm in length, 72mm in width, and 24mm in height. It features three connection terminals labeled 1, 2, and 3.

Wiring & Indicator
1. Power supply input
Install the positive power cable into the terminal marked with '+', and the negative power cable into the terminal marked with '-'. The controller accepts DC power from 5V to 24V. The output voltage is the same as the power supply, so please ensure the LED rated voltage matches the power supply voltage. Do not power on the controller until all connections are firmly finished.

2. LED output
Connect LED fixtures to this terminal. Install the positive LED load cable into the terminal marked with '+', and the negative cable into the terminal marked with '-'. Please ensure the LED rated voltage is the same as the power supply and the maximum load current is lower than the controller's rated current.
The controller will run into protection if the output is overloaded or short-circuited. The indicator will flash red color and stop working in this case. Please check the wiring and load current to remove the fault.

3. Work status indicator
This indicator displays all working statuses of the controller. It shows different events as follows:
- Steady green: Normal working.
- Single green blink: Command received.
- Long single yellow blink: Reach brightness limit.
- Red flash: Overload protection.
- Yellow flash: Over heat protection.
- Green flash 3 times: New remote controller paired.
Functions
4. Turn ON / OFF
Press this key to switch on or off the controller. Press and hold this key will force to switch off the controller. The main unit will memorize the on/off status and will restore to the previous status on next power on.
Please use the remote controller to turn on the unit if it was switched to off status before a previous power cut.

5/6. Brightness control
Press the upward key (⬆️) to increase brightness and press the downward key (⬇️) to decrease. The brightness will change smoothly when holding down these two keys. The controller applies brightness gamma correction on dimming control, making the brightness tuning more smooth to human sense.

7. Remote indicator
This indicator blinks when the remote controller is working. If the indicator flashes slowly when pressing keys, it means the remote battery is nearly empty, and you should change the battery. The battery model is CR2032.

Operation
8. Using the remote
The RF wireless remote signal can pass through some non-metal barriers. For proper receiving of the remote signal, please do not install the controller in closed metal parts.
9. Pair a new remote controller
The remote controller and main unit are 1 to 1 paired for factory default. It is possible to pair a maximum of 5 remote controllers to one main unit, and each remote controller can be paired to any main unit.
You can pair a new remote controller to the main unit by following these steps:
- Plug off the power of the main unit and plug it in again after more than 5 seconds.
- Press and hold the [Pair Keys] simultaneously for about 3 seconds, within 10 seconds after the main unit is powered on.
After successful pairing, the controller indicator will flash 3 times to confirm.
10. Recognize current remote only
In cases where one main unit is paired with several remote controllers, but extra remote controllers are no longer needed, you can simply pair the currently used remote to the main unit again. The main unit will then un-pair all other remote controllers and recognize only the current one.
11. Protection
The main unit has full protection functions for wrong wiring, output short circuit, overload, and overheat. The controller will protect itself from damage under these extreme conditions and can automatically recover when the working condition is good.
To avoid protection activation, please ensure the LED fixtures are capable of constant voltage driving and are within the rated range, the cables are well connected and insulated. Also, please install the controller with good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions.
When the controller enters protection mode, check the indicator status for the specific fault:
- Red flash: Check output cables for short circuits, verify load current is not too high, and ensure LED fixtures are constant voltage type and compatible with PWM dimming.
- Yellow flash: Check the controller's installation environment and load power. Ensure good heat dissipation conditions and that load power is within the rated range.
