Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Wall
Measure and mark the wall for the uprights. Mark a point 6 mm (1/4 inch) from the top edge of where the wall upright will be placed. Ensure the wall is suitable for mounting the uprights. Two lengths of wall uprights are available: 100 cm (39 3/8 inches) and 200 cm (78 47/64 inches).
Step 2: Determine Shelf Placement
Plan the placement of your shelves. Measure the distance 'X mm' for shelf spacing. The diagram indicates a screw length of 'X+20 mm' for securing components, suggesting a need for screws that accommodate the shelf depth plus an additional 20 mm.
Step 3: Attach Wall Uprights
Mark the positions for drilling holes on the wall, ensuring they are level using a spirit level. Drill holes using a 7 mm (1/4 inch) drill bit. Secure the wall uprights to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs (not included). Do not use the type of screw/plug indicated with a cross mark ❌.
Step 4: Install Horizontal Support Rails
Attach the horizontal support rails to the wall uprights. The available lengths are 62 cm (24 1/2 inches) requiring 3 screws, 82 cm (32 1/2 inches) requiring 3 screws, and 182 cm (71 3/4 inches) requiring 5 screws.
Step 5: Attach Top Rail
Attach the top horizontal rail to the wall uprights using the designated attachment points (2x shown).
Step 6: Install Shelves
Install shelves at the desired heights. The diagram shows shelves at 60 cm (23 5/8 inches) and 80 cm (31 1/2 inches) from the floor or base. Secure the shelves using 8 mm (5/16 inch) screws.
Step 7: Continue Shelf Installation
Continue attaching shelves or other components to the wall uprights. For 100 cm uprights, use 4 screws. For 200 cm uprights, use 8 screws.
Step 8: Final Assembly Check
Complete the assembly by attaching all shelves and components. Ensure shelves are attached correctly to the uprights. Avoid attaching components in the manner shown with a cross mark ❌.
Step 9: Secure Shelf Brackets
Insert the shelf bracket into the desired slot on the wall upright. Ensure it is fully seated and then secure it.
