BOAXEL offers a flexible and smart storage solution designed to maximize every square centimetre. Its clean lines and customizable nature allow you to optimize storage without compromising on style, adapting to different rooms and situations.
Care and Cleaning
Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner. Then dry with a clean, dry cloth.
Safety
Different wall materials require different types of mounting hardware. Use mounting hardware (sold separately) suitable for the walls in your home. If you have any doubts regarding your home's wall types, their load-bearing capacity, or how to securely fix BOAXEL to your walls, consult a specialized local contractor for advice.
Good to Know
Only recommended for indoor use, closed balconies, and laundry rooms.
How to Build
BOAXEL is easy to customize for various needs. Begin by exploring ready-made combinations online or in-store, or use the planning tool to design your own unique setup. The process generally involves these steps:
- Assess your space: Measure the available area, noting features like windows or doors that might affect placement.
- Select mounting hardware: Choose the appropriate mounting rails and wall uprights based on your planned combination.
- Choose interiors: Decide on the shelves, baskets, rails, and other accessories needed for your day-to-day storage requirements.
- Install interiors: Use the correct number of brackets to attach your chosen interiors to the wall uprights.
Tip! For solutions with multiple sections, bracket requirements vary: 1 section needs 2 brackets per interior part; 2 sections need 3 brackets (one at each end and one in the middle); 3 sections need 4 brackets.
Tip! If incorporating a mesh basket at the bottom, position wall uprights approximately 15 cm from the floor to ensure the basket can be pulled out freely and to maximize vertical space utilization.
IMPORTANT! When installing wall-mounted BOAXEL, always follow the specific assembly instructions provided with the wall uprights to ensure correct drilling hole distances.
Quick Calculation Guide for Width
When calculating the width of a tailor-made solution, consider the width of shelves/interiors plus allowances for wall uprights:
- Outer wall uprights: +2 cm
- Centre wall uprights: +0 cm (shelves overlap)
Example Widths:
- 1 section (60 cm shelf): 1 cm (upright) + 60 cm (shelf) + 1 cm (upright) = 62 cm
- 3 sections (three 60 cm shelves): 1 cm + 60 cm + 60 cm + 60 cm + 1 cm = 182 cm
